Wonderful experience

We loved our stay at home named Some Where, Some How, Some day! The house was spotless, well decorated, had plenty of cooking items and dishes. The deck was huge with several adirondack chairs and umbrella table. The yard was beautiful. The upstairs loft with TV and desk was a perfect place for family members to relax, besides in addition to the living room. We are returning next spring. It was a perfect place to enjoy this beautiful island.Diana Freye

We LOVED our stay! We were visiting St. George Island in late December for a wedding. This home was so spacious and had plenty of room for the 5 adults and 2 kids we had. The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry on site was wonderful. This home is located in a gated portion of the island and had many extra amenities available (we did not use them due to the abnormally cold weather that came through). It’s a very short walk to the beautiful beach! A quick drive to the end of the Island and you can watch the sun set into the water (a stunning view!)Because the neighborhood is gated, all guests must be on a list with this host in order to have access. It was easy to add guests but just something to be aware of if you’re traveling with others staying outside The Plantation. The host is incredibly responsive and kind! We had no issues with this. The rental provides credit for beach gear and I’m glad we used it - there is none located on the property. I highly recommend getting a bike or two! Would reccomend and stay again!

Summertime Fun

Great place, plenty of room. The hosts were excellent. When we had a question or need, they were quick to respond. Close to the beach and we loved the pool.
