Your unique Auburn adventure begins at this 9-bedroom old church turned into a house. With 8 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 2 futons there's plenty of space for everyone. Brand new appliances with a full kitchen and a full game room/library will always give you something to do. With an almost 20 foot table you can eat together at your meals or enjoy what the area has to offer! We also have a record player and TV’s throughout the property. Parties are not allowed without permission. There is a large outdoor space to enjoy with outdoor games. We think our place will help you experience everything Auburn and the surrounding areas have to offer, but more importantly a great place to enjoy with friends and family. The short drive to Fort Wayne, Leo, Angola, Garrett and so many other places offer SO much to do from lakes, state parks, parks, wineries, golf courses, hikes at the Acres Land Trust and SO much more. We have posted some of our favorite eats, places and things to do that make your experience cozy, memorable and comfortable! We will absolutely help recommend more of our favorites around the area we love! Now the good stuff….food! Here are some of our favorites! Great spot for a big family

We stayed here over NYE w our whole family and had an absolute great time. The big kitchen table was awesome for family meals and big family games, the kids loved the basement basketball and air hockey, and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep.

Awesome place for family!

The pictures don't do it justice! Great kitchen for big gathering. We had a family gathering after a funeral. Host was super responsive. Loved all the little details- plenty of kitchen items. Lots of room for visiting and fun and safe area for kids! This place was amazing, comfortable. Would stay here againin a heartbeat!

From the moment we walked in, it was picture perfect. We felt more like home . It’s was spotless, not a want for any extras. You could tell the family put their heart and soul into the detailes. Our family traveled from TN, Fla, and NC for our son’s wedding that was located in Ohio. We hosted the rehearsal dinner with a success. There were 20 of us, extended family, and the common space and game room were excellent. Only 3 bathrooms caused us some bottlenecks a couple times but all in all, great experience.

This rental was top notch from deposit to departure! Our host was quick to respond to the million questions I had while inquiring about any special needs we may have for the little ones in our party. TOY ROOM & GAME ROOM- 5 star and full of fun! KITCHEN-fully stocked with top notch appliances and ALL you need! Dining room table was the selling point for me and did not disappoint, we ate, we played games, we crafted..sturdy and spacious. Living room spaces were well laid out and so.much.seating! BATHROOMS-All 3 were clean and spacious fully stocked with some of the best smelling toiletries! BEDROOMS-Perfection! Clean and comfortable with plenty of space and storage! GENERAL OVERVIEW-spacious, clean, very welcoming home that encapsulates and encourages fellowship and reprieve from the chaos! There is much to do around the area and plenty of Northern Indiana Hospitality in this rental! So much thought and love put into every little detail!

Very equipped kitchen. Room for everyone at the very large table. Kids playroom with lots of games and toys for all ages. Loved the spaciousness of this house and how the kitchen, dining area and living areas were all open to each other but had clusters of seating areas.

Auburn is just a cute, wonderful town with so much to do! There is great food and there are adorable shops to explore. It is also easy to access from the surrounds states with being close to interstate 69. The neighborhood is quiet and close to some unique places!

This property is an old church that has been restored! The old church named LoQuEv offers a place to unwind with family or friends to slow down and enjoy quality time together. There is a 20 foot table to enjoy meals together or play games. Our property is a place where multigenerational families or friends can come together to enjoy each other’s company. There are games in the library and larger games downstairs that can accommodate to everyone. LoQuEv is equipped with younger toys for the very little ones too. There are lounge chairs and couches placed all over the cozy space to relax upstairs or downstairs. It offers large areas to congregate and smaller more intimate areas. There is an upstairs loft that overlooks out the space in switch you can appreciate your time together. In the summer of 2026 an outdoor space will be remodeled to a fenced in area equipped with a fire pit and chairs with outdoor games. This space can sleep 20 people. It offers one main kitchen equipped with spices and your full kitchen utilities. It also has a coffee mini kitchen and another downstairs mini kitchenette with a small beverage refrigerator. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. I am happy to help! LoQuEv is cozy, loungy and ready for your next trip!
