This luxurious living room features a spacious leather sectional that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, ensuring ample seating for family and guests. The Full Bath Upstairs offers a luxurious experience with its shower/tub combo and double vanity sinks. The outdoor seating area, complete with a gas fireplace and big-screen TV, provides the perfect spot to gather and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The outdoor kitchen, equipped with a gas grill, allows for easy and convenient outdoor cooking. The dining area can comfortably seat six guests, making it ideal for al fresco meals. General Information – Two Full-size washers and dryers available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 20, with NO EXCEPTIONS. It is recommended that of the 20, no more than 14 adults.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Things to note:
- Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
- Pool may be heated to 85° as needed during the months of Nov-Apr BY REQUEST at no additional charge. Outdoor temps must be above 35° and below 75° during the stay.
