Guest Access:
Starting June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.
Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.
Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.
This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

It was a great unit and we love the ocean views. I did lower the rating on accuracy as we were not happy that the second bedroom didn't have a door due to interior work being done. We also didn't like the torn up wall over the fireplace. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Thank you for staying with us and for the honest feedback — We completely understand the frustration with the missing bedroom door and the unfinished wall above the fireplace. Those are fair things to call out, and I'm sorry they affected your stay.
The building has work that was outside our control, and rather than cancel your reservation we tried to find a way to still host you. In hindsight, the condition of those two areas should have been communicated more clearly before arrival so you could decide what worked for your trip. That's on us, and it's a good reminder to tighten up how we handle these situations.
I'm glad the ocean views and the rest of the unit lived up to expectations, and we'd love the chance to host you again once the building work is complete.

Beautiful view, great location
I booked this rental for my 80 year old parents. They said, the check in was easy and staff were helpful. Great parking, very clean, and amazing view. Most importantly the boardwalk along the beach was right there as they are active, but walking on sand is now difficult, and they could walk around town.

The ocean front view was beautiful. Rooms clean. Kitchen wares well stocked. The livingrom curtains and wal paper could use updating. But overall very satisfied with the unit.
