The Space:

Welcome to your Euclid escape - a relaxing stay for families & friends with space to gather, unwind, and enjoy both indoor fun & outdoor comfort. This spacious home sleeps 10 and features 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 baths, making it perfect for larger groups. Enjoy a private heated saltwater pool (May-Sep), a year-round hot tub, and an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings.



Sleeping arrangements include four well-appointed bedrooms and a pullout sofa for added flexibility. Three full bathrooms ensure convenience for everyone. The finished basement serves as an entertainment hub with a bar, poker table, and putting green, while Smart TVs and a game console provide options for fun.



Step outside to your private backyard, where you can relax on the patio, fire up the BBQ grill, or gather by the outdoor fireplace. Free driveway parking for four cars plus additional street parking makes arrival simple. The fully equipped kitchen features a stainless steel gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee makers, perfect for sharing meals at the dining table.



Everyday comforts include washer and dryer access, bed linens, towels, and a dedicated workspace. Safety features such as smoke alarms and security cameras ensure peace of mind. Located minutes from downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie, this Euclid retreat offers a sense of community while being close to local attractions. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Having fun around the pool area is understandable, but we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm-9 am.

🤫Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am



🤫 Keep it Down: Be kind to neighbors

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

🚬Smoking outside is permitted

🔥 Fireplaces are for decoration ONLY

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.

🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice

🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.

🎉 NO parties or large gatherings.

🏊‍♂️ Kids under 14 need adult supervision in the pool/backyard.

🧑‍🏫 Any under 18 unable to swim requires an adult watchful eye.

🐾 Paws Out of the Pool:

🚫 No furry friends allowed in the pool.

🏊‍♂️ Pool Heating Fee: Please note that there is a $75 per day fee to heat the pool. 🌞 Enjoy a warm and relaxing swim during your stay!



Please note that our pool is a saltwater pool.



❗Avoid using plastic Mini Waste includes but is not limited to confetti, glitter, water beads, and balloons, as well as pelletized materials like plastics, glass, metals, etc.

📌 Hot Tub House Rules:



Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:



🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.

📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

🐞 Just a heads-up: while cleanliness is a priority, our proximity to the lake makes bugs unavoidable, specifically mayflies. You may find these guys stuck to or around the exterior of the home. Turning off the exterior lights at night may help!



📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end
