This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath retreat is the epitome of comfort and style, offering an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. The main house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath space with a large bunkhouse. The additional two rooms (we call the guest quarters) are a short stroll around the house to a 2 bedroom,1 bath apartment space that has a small living area, kitchen and screened in porch.

The main living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Sync into the plus size sectional sofa while streaming your favorite content on the large flat panel TV. For some friendly competition, challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, poker, or pinball.

Prepare gourmet meals in a fully equipped kitchen complete with top of the line appliances with ample counter and pantry space. Use the Blackstone or ceramic egg grill for some burgers and hotdogs outdoors.

After a day of adventure, retreat to one of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room offers a tranquil and comfortable retreat, ensuring a restful nights sleep for all.

On cooler evenings, gather around the outdoor firepit for evening smores and storytelling. Cozy up with a good book or simply gaze at the blanket of stars. your stay.

If your group is traveling with 12 people or less, you will only have access to 3 bedrooms/2 baths ( master bedroom{King), queen bedroom and bunk room w/ 4 queen beds). To access all sleeping spaces, you must make the reservation for 16 guests. Only guests that are listed on the reservation will be allowed onsite. Rates are based on occupancy. The base rate for up to 4 guests is $800 per night. Each additional guest is $60 per guest per night.

All guests will be required to provide a copy of government issued ID, along with a picture of all license plates of guest vehicles that will be onsite for the duration of your stay.

No primitive camping or tents allowed on property. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

Your reservation must reflect the number of guests that will be present. Changes made after confirmation may be subject to a $200 change fee or will be cancelled at our discretion. If any part of the alarm system or alarm pad are unplugged or tampered with for any reason, there will be an additional charge of $200 and you will be asked to leave. The garage space will not be available to VRBO guests. This space is used for private events. The alarm will sound if this area is breached and there will be an additional $200 fine and will be asked to leave. If evidence of smoking or vaping in the house or on the property will result in a $200 fine.
