The Space:

2 family rooms/TV areas. One in the kitchen and one in the dining room area. Perfect for large families!

POOL: The pool is heated to a temperature of 80°. If you’d like it heated to a higher temperature, arrangements can be made upon request for an additional fee of $69 per day.



A maximum of 1 pet is permitted, with a weight limit of 20lbs.

🚭 NO SMOKING

We're a 100% smoke-free space. If the unit smells like smoke, a $1000 fee will apply to cover ozone treatment.



🎉 NO PARTIES / GATHERINGS

Unauthorized parties = $1000 penalty + cancellation of your reservation without refund. Let's keep it chill 💆‍♀️



🔇 QUIET HOURS: 10PM - 8AM

One warning for excessive noise. After that: $250 fine and possible cancellation without refund. Respect the peace ✌️



👥 UNDISCLOSED GUESTS

Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed. Extra person = $50/night.



🐶 NO UNDISCLOSED PETS

Please don't sneak in furry friends. Undisclosed pets = $500 fine.



📹 DO NOT TAMPER WITH SECURITY DEVICES

This includes exterior cameras, smoke detectors, CO monitors, and noise sensors. If tampering is detected:

-$500 fine

-Immediate removal without refund

-Liability for damages

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Unauthorized early check-ins / late check-outs: $100/hour

Pets need to be approved in advance. A pet fee of $229 per pet is required to help offset cleaning costs.



Pool heating is included up to 80°F, with an optional upgrade to 90°F.

Please understand that outdoor pools are subject to heat loss, particularly when ambient temperatures fall below 70°F, during windy conditions, or overnight.



While we ensure the heater is operating properly, actual water temperature cannot be guaranteed under cooler weather conditions, and no refunds will be issued for temperature fluctuations caused by environmental factors.
