Welcome to our spacious and cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat, perfect for families and pet lovers alike! Nestled in a quiet, West Sedona neighborhood, this home comfortably sleeps 7 guests with a king bed master, king guest room and kids room with a full/twin bunk bed & single twin bed and offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. The well-appointed bedrooms provide restful spaces, while the open-concept living / kitchen area is perfect for gatherings.

The downstairs living room is perfect for movie night or watching the big game as it offers our guests an 86" flatscreen TV with surround sound. There is also a spacious dedicated work station were those working remotely can catch up on emails and enjoy over 100mbps internet connectivity.

Step outside to the inviting patio, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while soaking in the surroundings. The home is ideally located, just a stone's throw from Posse Ground Park, offering plenty of recreational activities and scenic hiking trails. Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay with us. This a standalone residence with no shared spaces.

We won't be available in person but we have a fantastic local to Sedona property management company who will assist with whatever you need during your stay with us. We do prefer that communication is done via the messenger unless it is an absolute emergency in which case you can reach them directly by phone or text.

We want to let our guests know that this home was our personal residence for five wonderful years and still acts as a secondary home. As such, it's not perfect and carries some personal touches and lived-in charm. Our three small children loved art as you may notice in very conspicuous places around the house. I can assure you that this home is professionally cleaned between each guest but we simply wanted you to know the back story and that it has what we like to call...character! If you're looking for a pristine, immaculate space, or otherwise perfect space, this might not be the best fit for you. However, if you appreciate a clean, cozy, family-friendly atmosphere with a bit of character, we think you'll feel right at home here at Forever and Always!

We are less than a 5 minute walk to Posse Ground park which hosts some of Sedona's best annual events such as Sedona Wine Fest and the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival.
