Sie finden alles, was Sie brauchen in diesem makellosen, 2800 Quadratfuß großen Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern, in dem bis zu zehn Personen Platz finden. Es gibt ein Deck mit einem Holzkohlegrill und einem Bohnensackwurfspiel. Das Haus liegt nur 8 km vom Augusta National und 1,5 km vom Golfplatz Jones Creek entfernt. Sie wohnen 1,6 km vom Savannah River und dem historischen Augusta-Kanal entfernt. Hier können Sie Kajaks und Fahrräder mieten und auf der schönen Kanalstraße spazieren gehen oder eine Bootsfahrt auf dem Kanal unternehmen. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer. Die Höhle verfügt über eine Kathedrale Decke, 2 bequeme Liegen, Couch und Sessel mit einem 42 "Digital-TV mit Surround-Sound und vielen Satellitenkanälen (Golf-Kanal enthalten). Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für 8 Personen und der Frühstücksraum für 6 Personen. Zu den Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl gehören ein Kühlschrank mit Doppeltür / eine Eismaschine, ein Backofen und eine Mikrowelle sowie ein Geschirrspüler. Die Küche ist mit einer Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, einem Mixer, einem Toaster, Geschirr, Glaswaren und Utensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine / Trockner im Hauswirtschaftsraum sowie einen zusätzlichen Kühlschrank. Das Master-Bad ist riesig und hat Doppelwaschbecken. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Great space to unwind

Wonderful family home!

Fantastic place to stay with your family. Our family of nine spent five nights in this comfortable house. There was plenty of room to spread out. The owner went above and beyond leaving extra towels, snacks, and local information. If we are back in the area we will use this home again!

Spacious, clean, calm and comfortable!

A group of 8 of us stayed at this wonderful home while we were in Georgia for the cycling national championships . The home was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. Perfect for extended family getaway!!

It was perfect for our family! We were in town for my brother’s wedding and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. My father has trouble walking and it was easy for him to get around. The shower with built in bench was perfect! We have two small children there was plenty of room for them as well! Kathy was amazing and so accommodating especially when one of my relatives forgot their medication bottle. Highly recommend it!

Awesome place to stay!

We enjoyed this 5 bedroom very spacious & clean house while in Augusta for my nephews wedding. Great location. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom shower was amazing. The backyard and deck area was great for hanging out with family. I would rent this house again if I was ever back in the area and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

From the time I made the reservation until the day I checked out Mrs. Kathy kept in contact with me. She even was nice enough to come let me view the house weeks prior to my arrival. Patrina and I had a misunderstanding about having large gatherings but I fully take the blame. Otherwise she was a great guest and left the house clean and in order. I would recommend her as a guest and would be pleased to have her back! I think both of us learned something about communication!

some friends and I went had a girls weekend along with a convention to attend in Augusta. This home was beautiful, cozy and comfortable..and the owner welcomed us and made us feel right at home. She met us at the home and gave us a tour and specifics of the home. She also recommended local restaurants. This home was close to town yet far away enough not to be in the busy city part of Augusta. It had everything we needed, the description and pictures are perfect.

My husband grew up just a few miles from where we live. I grew up across the river in Aiken, SC. My husband and I have six children and 17 grandchildren! As you can imagine that keeps us busy. We love being with family. My husband is still very involved in his HVAC business. I am an exercise instructor, substitute school teacher and Bible study leader. We have a motor home and enjoy traveling.

We strive to provide a comfortable and clean place for people to come and feel that this is their home away from home. We live in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful homes. Our home is 10 minutes from the Augusta National, 13 minutes from downtown Augusta and 20 minutes from Ft Gordon. We are near hospitals, many restaurants and shopping. We are one mile from the Savannah River and the Augusta canal and the Savannah Rapids Pavilion. You can rent bikes and kayaks or go for a run or just stroll down the path between the river and canal. Jones Creek Golf course is only two miles away. Twenty minutes up the road is the beautiful Clark's Hill Lake. We are minutes from numerous restaurants, grocery stores,shopping and theaters.
