Condo was very comfortable and close to everything - elevator included! We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the restaurant on the property. And it was easy to explore the island from the condo. Lovely time! Great space for the 5 of us.

We had an amazing time. I wish our stay was longer!The view was beautiful. It was wonderful sitting on the balcony, watching the waves. The condo was spacious. Its location is ideal. The only negative was If the pool was heated, it was minimal! I would definitely return!

Overall a positive experience. Called maintenance right at 5 PM and no reply. No water pressure and water was not filling after flushing the toilets. Called Friday at 5 pm and water did eventually fill, but no call from office to check on the situation. Parking was a challenging. One car double parked and no parking on ramp or upper level for our one car. No parking signs on lot so we were unsure of where to park and getting towed or booted was a little unsettling. Great location.

Overall a good stay and the host was responsive, which we appreciated. There were a few maintenance issues that impacted comfort, including the main bedroom light not working and a sliding screen door that didn’t fully close.The host did try to address the light during our stay, but it wasn’t able to be fixed at the time. With a few updates, this would be a really great spot.We loved the inclusiveness within the community, access to an onsite restaurant, pool, and the beach was awesome!

Pleasant Stay

The property was well located, in a nice neighborhood. Stacey was communicative and prompt in letting us know of the check-in process. The property was clean in general, except for the sofa & the couch, which is dated & had crumbs from the previous stay. We had an additional issue of robotic vaccums (assuming that’s what the noise was) running late evening in the property above on multiple days. I would recommend the property though for families with pets.

Reviewer Comments: Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of blankets and pillows, kitchen is well stocked with supplies, bathrooms had plenty of towels and even soap, shampoo, lotion, nice balcony with beach view, unit is very close to elevator and stairs and also to the gate leading to the boardwalk. Easy walk to beach or pool. Very quiet. Plenty of beach front at high tide. The while resort was very clean and pretty.

Great views from the porch and the master bedroom to watch the sunrise and set every day. Loved grilling out in the community courtyard every night and long walks on the beach. The location was perfect close to the pool and beach. The unit was clean and the appropriate size for our party. It had fold out couches that we did not need to use but the unit can accommodate more than the 5 of us comfortably.
