If there were any cleanliness issues or pests, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them during your stay. We’ve since had our cleaning and pest control professionals verify that everything is up to standard. Now, regarding the bed count: our listing clearly specifies the bed configuration, including the number of beds and room layouts. In fact, you admitted in your communication that you hadn’t thoroughly read the listing before booking, and then attempted to use this oversight as grounds for a demand for a refund. We take pride in being transparent in our descriptions, and we are confident that the details provided are accurate. It's unfortunate that this misunderstanding led to frustration on your part, but we cannot offer a refund based on something that was clearly outlined before your booking. We also want to address the nature of your communication. You threatened to leave a negative review unless we provided a refund, which we feel was an attempt at extortion.
