Wir haben eine Liebesaffäre mit Sonoma seit Jahren und freuen uns, sie zu Hause anrufen, hin und wieder sowieso. Wir wählten Birch Rd. in unseren Familienurlaub zu bauen und wollen es mit Ihnen teilen. Wir nahmen die wundervolle Hülle einer alten Hütte aus den 1940er Jahren und haben sie komplett überarbeitet, um den erholsamsten und komfortabelsten Rückzugsort zu schaffen, den Sie sich vorstellen können.

Unsere modernen Sonoma Ferienhaus ist komplett mit High-End-Oberflächen renoviert und mit Stil eingerichtet. Egal, ob Sie eine Radtour durch die herrliche Landschaft unternehmen möchten (Fahrräder und viele Weingüter in unmittelbarer Nähe), zu Fuß zum Sonoma Plaza zum Einkaufen / Essen gehen oder den ganzen Tag am Pool faulenzen und im Freien speisen, dieses Cottage ist für Sie.

Darüber hinaus haben wir an alles gedacht, vor allem, wenn Sie Ihre Kinder mitbringen möchten. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Pool (mit automatischer Abdeckung, die das Gewicht eines Lastwagens hält, also keine Sicherheitsprobleme), Custom, modernes Holzspielset, Kinderfahrradausrüstung, Spielzeug und tragbare Kinderbetten / andere Artikel für Babys. Unser Ferienhaus umfasst auch das in Etagenbetten für 2 Kinder unter 12 Jahren gebaut.

Draußen ist unser Ferienhaus perfekt für Ihre Zusammenkunft mit Sonoma, mit einem beheizten, ultramodernen, UV-gefilterten Pool und eleganten neuen Poolmöbeln zum Entspannen am Tag, einer übergroßen Terrasse mit Weber-Grill und einem großen Außentisch für entspanntes Essen mit Freunden und einer Marke Neue Gas-Feuerstelle mit entspannten Sitzgelegenheiten, um abends Ihr letztes Glas Cab unter der Cafébeleuchtung zu genießen.

Das Cottage verfügt über eine brandneue, individuell gestaltete Küche mit neuen Edelstahlgeräten und einem sonnengetränkten Innen-Essbereich, der direkt mit dem Deck verbunden ist. Jedes der Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett mit Memory Foam-Matratze. Das Badezimmer ist stilvoll renoviert und verfügt über eine tiefe Badewanne und einen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, die sich nahtlos mit Ihrem Handy und Ihrer Musik verbinden. Für diejenigen, die in Verbindung bleiben möchten, verfügt das Cottage über schnelles WLAN und einen 4K-Smart-TV.

Our stay was wonderful and in a perfect location, only a few minutes away from Sonoma Plaza. The home came with bicycles too, which made it ideal for cycling into Sonoma itself and hopping from tasting room to tasting room. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. All in all we had a fantastic stay - the fire pit and the swimming pool was a lovely little added bonus too. 10/10 would stay here again and would definitely recommend it for friends, families and couples.

Serene Sonoma!

Perfection location for visiting family & beautiful wine country! The house is very comfotable & updated. After day trips the pool & fire pit were refreshing compliments to our visit. It is a quiet area with quick access to the bike trail & downtown Sonoma .

Cozy Cottage, Great for Kids, Close to Sonoma Activities

This is a great option for families looking to be in the Sonoma area and having a nice home base for swimming (heated pool a wonderful plus), indoor/outdoor dining, and relaxing. The kids bunkbed and play area is also a nice feature for families. Mark was responsive in our communications and the house was pretty much as advertised in the listing.

Great stay in Sonoma

We loved the modern and industrial touches throughout the house. Very clean and cozy. Great location as we could bike to wineries and the downtown area for breakfast. The pool was definitely icing on the cake. We didn’t get around to using the fire pit but it looked really nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

This was an excellent Vrbo experience! The host Mark was super easy to work with, so nice and easy to communicate with. The house and very cool and the weather was nice enough we were able to fully enjoy the back yard which is worth the stay in itself! I highly recommend choosing this home for your next Sonoma stay.

Family Time at its Finest!

We booked this beautiful home for a getaway with our family who were visiting from abroad - with their 1 year old son. This place blew away our already high expectations - the pool was the perfect place to relax after tastings in Sonoma and Napa and we loved the (short) jog to Sonoma center along the beautiful bike path every morning. Our hosts had everything we needed and more for the little one (including high-chair seat, baby bed, toys, etc.). We're already dreaming of going back :)

Unexpected Christmas Trip

Well, after a disastrous remodel at our home, or insurance company paid for us to rent a home for Christmas. Trying to find a home a week before Christmas had its challenges. This place was available. Mark was very sweet. He felt our pain and let us check in early. His directions were very thorough. He checked in on us upon arrival. My daughters were able to enjoy Christmas with a pool! I would definitely stay at this house again!

Awesome weekend trip

I stayed there this past weekend for a girls trip and it was great. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The town square was super close and wineries were all really close as well. It was really warm so we did make use of the pool. We love the lights in the backyard, nice little touch. Mark and Lucy were very quick to reply to messages sent to them. We called them 1 time during our short trip, they picked up right away and answered our question. The only minor complaint is the room facing the front between 5:30 and 6:00 am it was super bright in that room as the sun was rising. Besides that we loved the house and would stay there again if/when we ever to to the Sonoma area again.

Peaceful and adorable home in Sonoma

We loved our stay at this home in Sonoma. We were traveling with two under two and four adults. There were many supplies for small children, including an ergobaby carrier, swing, portacribs. We actually used the extra rollaway mattresses as beds for the kids because the youngest is used to a floor bed. It worked very well. The outdoor space is so lovely especially in the evening. The house is walking distance to town, but we didn't feel comfortable walking with a stroller on the road the house is off of. After that there is sidewalks. If we were without young children it would have been walkable. The property managers were so helpful in giving recommendations (including family friendly ones!). I would definitely stay here again with kids if I were in the area. Thank you!

A sweet and relaxing retreat -- perfect for extended family vacation (pool, bikes, dreamy kitchen)

This cottage rental is everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable getaway to the beautiful Sonoma valley. A couple of blocks from the creek trail, we were able to safely bike (with 5 and 7 year olds) everywhere we wanted to go: into town, to the base of the mountain ridge trails, to parks for the kids, the Lodge Resort up the street for the adults, restaurants, Train Town (the kids were crazy about Train Town!), vineyards. I don't want to rave too much about Sonoma because I want it to stay as quaint and friendly as it is. Don't tell too many people. A huge standout of this rental: the host could not have been more accommodating, accessible, or organized (and kind!). Part of the reason we chose this rental was Mark's quick responses from my first inquiry, his knowledge of the place, his eagerness to assist and advise. It felt like we were staying at a friend's place, and he cared about out experience. This mattered a lot. Also, the beds are comfortable with enviably soft sheets and cozy pillows and comforters. There were enough bikes there for all of us, and the pool in the back yard with sun shining down and birdsong in the air was the perfect, private respite. Another highlight: roomy indoor and outdoor dining spaces, barbeque, a kitchen so well designed and situated we were all wanting to make coffee, breakfast and dinner. We stayed in Sonoma at this sweet and relaxing retreat for a week, and it went by too fast. Thank you, Mark, for your hospitality and welcome.

Great for a weekend event

The property feels freshly redone. The outside area is spacious and sunny. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold but it would be lovely for a hot day. Beds were comfortable enough although pillows could be refreshed. Mattresses on bunk beds are very thin but totally fine for kids. I think adults might be less comfortable. Linens all felt new, including fluffy white towels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower was a nice touch. Although there’s only one bathroom, if that’s tolerable this is a great spot for up to 6 people. The layout feels spacious and comfortable. The property owner/manager was friendly and responsive and we appreciated the later than average checkout even though we didn’t need it. The neighborhood is fine with some really good food nearby. A few notes to keep in mind - not bad but heads up: this property is nicely redone as are the other properties next to it. Across the narrow dirt road, however, are much more modest and less well kept houses and yards. It doesn’t feel unsafe in any way, but the neighborhood vibe is not super welcoming. Again, nothing bad, just a feeling. The street where you have to turn off the main road to get to the house looks more like a dirt driveway and the sign was completely obscured by tall grasses, so it’s easy to miss. I’d suggest owners clear away the grasses. All in all, I’d recommend this property and owners are great, which always makes a difference.

2 gals looking for fun and sun. This lovely place was perfect for our stay. The house is clean, modern and has all the amenities you need. We practically lived in the spacious and well appointed back yard. The walk to the square took about 15 minutes. So much to see in do in Sonoma!

Perfect Week in Sonoma

We spent our son's spring break week in April here. Property was perfect for our 7 year old. Pool, great backyard, fire pit for smores and a fun kids room with some games and toys. Close to great restaurants, hikes and wine tasting. Bonus a spa is walking distance for massages. Good size kitchen and great dining table that we used for games when the weather wasn't great. Windows everywhere - still felt the Sonoma outdoor vibe. Hosts were great - super responsive and the house was fully stocked with paper towels and toilet paper.
