Front and left of entrance, one finds a large living room linked to a dining area and a nicely designed fully equipped open kitchen with an american counter.

The place is very spacious and nicely decorated.
Beautiful full height windows bath these areas in light and offer a view on the Seine river. The floor is made of solid wood.

The living area offers 2 comfortable sofas by the TV.
Dining area offers a table for 6.

The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a breakast, a drink or a diner watching the eiffel tower and the people strolling on the Swann island.

The apartment has two nice separate bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed facing a chimney (not for use) and offers an incredible view on the Seine thanks to its many windows.

The second bedroom is the owner's children bedroom. It offers a comfortable bunk bed : Lower bed is a double bed and upper bed is a single bed. This bedroom can accomodate comfortably 2 adults.

Bathroom is designed with white ceramic tiled walls. It offers a bathtub and a sink with mirror. translucent windows brings natural light to the room.
