First Floor: As you step inside, you'll find the first bedroom featuring a cozy queen bed and its own private bathroom. This room also grants access to the backyard, where a large hammock awaits—perfect for relaxing under the Texas sky. Guests also have convenient access to the garage, which accommodates two cars (please note, parking isn't available in front of the property).

Second Floor: The second floor is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a stylishly decorated living room with a comfortable leather sofa and a 65-inch TV. The open dining area invites you to enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, blender, kettle, and waffle maker. A coffee bar offers Colombian coffee, tea, various creamers, and sugar. Essential cooking supplies like cooking oil, spices, and utensils are also provided. A foosball table adds to the fun, while a convenient half bathroom adds to the floor's functionality.

Third Floor: Ascend to the third floor where you'll find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom features a unique two-story queen bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests also have access to the washer and dryer on this floor, ensuring convenience during your stay.

Please note that we do not allow parking in front of the house for the neighbor's convenience. Upon arrival, we ask our guests to park their cars into our private 2-car garage as soon as possible; or you're free to park on the street.
