Our furnished short-term rental is also convenient if you’re new to the area and need a furnished home while you search for permanent housing.

At our condo, you can watch the beautiful sunrises over the bay while you have your morning coffee and watch the manatees playing in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine. Our charming condo offers ceramic tile throughout the unit, big windows letting in lots of natural light, and plenty of privacy owing to the 2nd floor location. It is very quiet with no neighbors above you as you are on the top floor of the building. Our condo also offers a king size bed, a new refrigerator and freezer, a new dishwasher, and a brand new washer and dryer located inside our condo for your convenience. FREE parking is available outside our condo directly in front of the building for your convenience.

ABOUT OUR WATERFRONT RESORT COMMUNITY

Waterside at Coquina Key South is a waterfront community with over 3 miles of walking paths along the seawall so you can take in the waterfront views from every angle. Enjoy the comfort and peace of mind that the gated 24-hour security offers all residents. Residents are treated to numerous amenities which include 2 heated swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center with plenty of workout equipment, lighted tennis court, basketball court, new pickleball courts, fishing piers, sand volleyball court, community bicycle racks, kayak racks and shuffleboard. The community has a Yacht Club located only 500 feet away from the unit which features a bar offering light foods and drinks and events such as Taco Tuesdays, Signature Cocktail Nights, music events and other fun activities. The Yacht Club also has a billiards room, library room, and meeting area with ample seating for your visitors and guests and FREE WiFi. There is plenty of FREE parking throughout the community for your guests. There is also a 24-hour coin laundry room on the property for washing larger loads of laundry.

Our furnished condo is located on Coquina Key island in south St. Petersburg, Florida. You are directly on the water, perfectly positioned between the vibrant culture of downtown St. Pete and our award-winning Gulf beaches. Our location is great for students and faculty of University of Florida (USF) St. Petersburg Campus, Eckerd College, Stetson University College of Law, and St. Petersburg College (SPC) campuses in downtown and in St Pete. Our condo is also close to St. Petersburg hospitals and healthcare facilities including Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Kindred Hospital Bay Area, St. Anthony’s Hospital and others making it convenient for medical professionals including doctors and nurses as well as patients and their visiting families that need long term stays. Our condo is very close to walkable Downtown St. Petersburg - only 4 miles from the unit or a short 5 minute drive away. Downtown St. Pete offers world class museums, vibrant restaurants with diverse culinary dining options, local and unique shopping, lively entertainment, great nightlife, numerous outdoor markets, the new St Pete Pier and so much more. In addition to this, you'll be within a 15-20 minute drive from St. Petersburg’s pristine beaches including Ft. DeSoto, St Pete Beach, and Pass-a-Grille Beach. Boyd Hill Nature Preserve is a scenic nature park located just three miles from Casa Rosita. We are also conveniently located near Tampa International Airport, St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, and Albert Whitted Airport.
