• To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored inside apartments and regularly moved to communal trash cans.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, smoking and pets allowed.
• Commercial photography or filming is permitted only with prior approval.
• Glass items are not permitted in the pool area.
• Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
