Regarding the surrounding cabins, our property is part of a small cabin community. While the photos focus primarily on the cabin itself and its immediate outdoor spaces, we understand that setting expectations about nearby cabins is important and we appreciate the feedback. We are pet friendly and welcome guests traveling with pets. The guidelines about pets not being on furniture and potential charges for excessive pet hair are simply to help us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the cabin for all guests, including those who may have allergies. These policies are fairly common in pet-friendly rentals, but we understand how the signage might feel unexpected and will review how we communicate this to guests. As for the camera, it is an exterior security camera placed for property protection and to monitor the outdoor area. It does not monitor the interior of the cabin. We always want guests to feel comfortable during their stay, so we are sorry if you felt like you were being watched.
