Beautiful 2 bedroom condo

This oceanfront condo has it all and is super clean.The beach in the area is one of the best throughout Myrtle Beach (level beach with fluffy sand).Ocean Annie's is next door for beachfront bar and grill needs!

Great place to stay and right on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was right on the beach and close to the restaurants and shopping. The beach wasn't overly crowded here either, but we did go in April. Some of the downsides is that there are almost no instructions on how to use anything. The AC unit and door keypad both had no instructions on how to properly work them. We did to contact the owner about getting into the room and where the parking pass was located, but the owner responded very quickly and was able to help us get everything sorted. The unit itself was really nice and the inside was very clean, but the patio had dust all over the chairs and tables. We ended up having to clean them off ourselves before enjoying the patio. This unit was also on the 3rd floor so just be mindful of that.

Myrtle Beach ‘25

My family and I have been visiting this same complex in Myrtle beach for the last 10 years and this is the first year I had any issues with renting. The owners were the least personable owners I’ve ever rented from, when reaching out to them with questions I had received one word answers regarding parking passes and check in. According to my booking I was supposed to receive check in information by Wed July 23rd for my arrival on Sat July 26th. When reaching out to the owner about check in information I received a message stating I would receive check in information no later than 4pm on the day of check in which was odd considering I have always received check in information from other owners at least a week prior not the day of. I did not receive check in information until 2:30pm on the day of arrival. Then I received a message while on the beach from the owner asking how many people were staying on the property because my reservation called for 2 people which was a mistake on my part when booking it was actually 4 people which was still allowed for the property but they said “they noticed much more activity in and out of the property” which means they were monitoring me and my family on the camera at the front door of property which I feel was a violation of my privacy considering according to VRBO policies you must disclose in the listing there is a surveillance device on the property and this was never disclosed in the listing or the booking information.

Fantastic condo

My bestie and I drove across country to meet in MB and this condo was perfect for our long weekend. The check in process was simple and the host's instructions were easy to follow. The condo itself was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the location being off the strip and mainly in a locals area. Access to the beach was AWESOME! Literally out our door, down the stairs and boom! We only had a few small issues but they weren't really anything to dampen our trip. Pros : Quiet area of the beach with easy access Roomy and well appointed spaceGreat communication from hosts!!Fabulous sunrise views from living room/balconyWe felt safe the whole timeCons:Only one parking pass allowed. Additional cars have to park over a mile away.Second king bed was actually two twins pushed together. Ocean Annie's had music from 2-11pm and could be heard in the master bedroom. No elevator
