Just a 5-minute walk from the lake, The Boat House is made for families and groups who want to spend the day on the water and come home to a house that's just as fun. Bring the boat or jet skis, head to the lake, fire up the grill, challenge everyone to a game of pool, and end the night relaxing under the stars.

With 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 2 bathrooms and space for up to 12 guests, there's room for everyone to spread out, relax and make themselves at home.

THE SPACE
A Lake House Built for Fun
The Boat House isn't just a place to sleep—it's a place to hang out, reconnect and have fun together.

The main level features an open-concept living space with soaring windows, tons of natural light, comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to gather.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials (and then some!) so you can actually cook meals instead of eating out every night. You'll find a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, separate ice maker, Instant Pot, Crock-Pot, electric griddle, George Foreman grill, plenty of cookware and all the dishes and serving pieces you'll need.

There's also shuffleboard right off the kitchen—because apparently dinner needs a little competition.

Step outside and you'll find towering pine trees, a spacious wraparound deck and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.
Start your morning with coffee on the deck.
Fire up the grill for dinner.
Gather around the smokeless fire pit in the evening.
Or sit back and enjoy the stars.
There's also a wood-burning fire pit, perfect for s'mores, stories and late-night family memories.
And yes…
There's a private hot tub. (Additional fee per night)

It's available year-round, so you can enjoy it after a summer day on the lake or on a cool evening surrounded by the Texas pines.

Your Stay at Cape Royale
The Boat House is located inside the gated Cape Royale community.
Before your arrival, you'll complete the required community Security Gate Access Request and Occupant Information Sheet so your group can enter the community.
You'll receive your personalized home access code before check-in.
Minimum renter age: 25.
