Hilltop Cabin on 33 Secluded Acres with Private Pond & Trails

Enjoy private use of 33 acres surrounding a secluded pond near Lake Livingston. From the hilltop porch enjoy the view of the valley flowing into the pond, wander trails through the woods, sunbathe on the dock, quietly paddle the water, or simply settle in with a book by the fire pit. We are grateful to be able to share our family getaway with you and hope the memories you make last a lifetime!

The space
From the large covered porch, enter into the main room that the full kitchen, dining, and living areas share. The adjacent bedroom has a king size bed, 2 twin bunks, and a twin trundle. The full bath and is accessed from the bedroom, as is the laundry closet where three cots are available.

The cabin is available for exclusive guest use aside from an attached garage area used for supplies and storage. Additionally, guests have full unshared access to the pond and all the acreage and trails.

Need a break from secluded relaxation? Take your boat out on Lake Livingston via the Point Blank boat launch (3 mi) or play at the shore at Wolf Creek Park (8 mi). In the mood to go out? Grab a beer and burger with live music at Bullet Grill House (3 mi) or class it up at Teysha Winery (11 mi).

Other things to note
Please note that this is a place to truly unplug.
There is no wi-fi, phone service or TV. Cell phone service is unavailable inside the house and the service is sometimes spotty outside too, especially when your boss calls.
The pond is not stocked and has only small non-game fish in our experience.
