We are available by phone or text, and members of our team are frequently on property throughout the day — present when needed, never intrusive. For special requests or intimate gatherings, we would be delighted to help create something memorable — simply reach out.

To preserve the privacy and rhythm of your stay, Palace Modern does not provide daily housekeeping. Instead, guests have 24-hour access to the Amenities Room, thoughtfully stocked with comforts for whenever you need them. For stays of four nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included; additional housekeeping services may be arranged for a fee.

Our Two-Suite Adjoining Rooms offer the comfort and scale of a residential retreat within the hotel. Two king bedrooms, each dressed in exceptional linens, are complemented by two separate sitting rooms featuring queen sofa sleepers — creating generous space for families or curated groups traveling together.
Thoughtfully connected yet private, the residence allows guests to gather effortlessly while maintaining distinct personal spaces.

After exploring the vibrant neighborhood surrounding the Plaza, return to linger in our contemporary art gallery, work in our communal den, or unwind at our on-site coffee shop and sushi bar. Versos, our contemporary Mexican restaurant, is coming soon.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a locally owned boutique property, each reservation truly matters to us. Due to our intimate size, cancellations made within five (5) days of check-in are non-refundable, as they have a direct impact on our small business.

For a full refund, please notify us at least five (5) days before arrival. If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member

Please take extra care of parking key cards - lost passes incur a replacement fee.
