This was a very nice place. Roomy for 15 people, very nice pool. Close to the beach. The host was easy to contact. Our only problem was a storm that took the power out after we were only there for 24 hours. The temperature was in the high 80’s and humidity was high. The house got very hot and was almost impossible to sleep unless you were on the first level. The only problem was there was only the master bedroom on that floor. So several slept on the floor and others sweated it out for a night. The following night still no power so several left, 1 family went to a hotel and the other family went home. The next day still no power so we left a day early. We totally enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach it was the nights that were unbearable. All of this was no fault of the host just bad luck with no refunds.Had it not been for the loss of electricity this would be a five star place.

Great property

Plenty of sleeping areas, bathrooms, eating and sitting areas for our larger group. Nice secluded yard with outside areas ro sit. It had everything we needed. The pool and all the accessories made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The home was so clean, also. Owners answered any inquiries right away. Highly recommend.

The house was clean and easy to access, the rental agency was easy to deal with. The house was probably one of the nicest in the neighborhood but the surrounding community didn't feel safe for walking. The house is listed as sleeping 15 but most of the beds are small doubles so they were too cramped for grown adults to sleep two to a bed. There is only one BR on the main floor with a large en suite BR, which was fine, but it made it in accessible to others in the house to use it. That means the other 13 people are all sleeping upstairs with one small shared bathroom. The 4th BR looks like a separate, private BR, but its is also the pass through for the 5th group room so the other 7 people walk through the small room to reach their room. The pillows and mattresses could use an upgrade as they were lumpy and worn. Look at the photos closely as the furnishings are old, dated, and generally worn down, and not very conducive to a large group gathering for a house that sleeps 15. The lawn was mowed but the outdoor space was not well-maintained for lawn games for example. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, though for the price we would expect to eat off real dishes instead of plastic. The pool was fun, with a nice deep-end for play and pool games. There were lots of pool toys which we enjoyed. There is no on-site recycling provided so we took as much recycling home as we could fit in the trunk, then the rest had to be thrown away. This seems to be easily fixed.

We had a great stay! 14 of us and there was plenty of space for us all and the pool was amazing! Love that it was heated and very clean. No issues at all and the host was very communicative. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

This house is HUGE! Tons of bedrooms and space to relax and play, we even made a playroom for the kids who were on the trip. Overall a clean house and tons of stuff was provided to us. The pool was fantastic, love that it was completely fenced in for safety. Be prepared that there aren't any blinds on the windows-not a big deal to the parents up at 5am, but Grandpa wasn't a fan of it. Great communication with the host as well. We'd absolutely recommend staying here, and would stay again!

Hi Judy, thanks for the review! The pool is heated to about 80-82 degrees. It’s unfortunate you had cooler weather for your stay, but we are unable to heat and maintain the pool at higher temperatures with cool weather.
