Overall, this beautiful home met our needs, and we would book again! The neighbors are very close however and their pool parties went well into the early morning hours. We could hear them throughout our house. The theatre was closer to 80 degrees and the temperature would not go down, so we weren’t able to use it. The outlets in one of the king downstairs bathrooms didn’t work, so we had to make do elsewhere. Carl was great with communication and helping us get our needs met, with the exception of these listed. However, the location, size of the rooms, large kitchen, and comfortable beds offset some quirks.

Great Stay -- Already Booked For Next Year

We had about a two-week stay at the house and my staff had a great time. The house is huge and is great for entertaining your large family or group. The location is great, and there is so much to do. Communication with the owner was so easy, and very responsive to every message -- no matter how big or small the question was. We are already booked for next summer and can't wait to return.

House is the perfect size but it needs a little TLC. Some touch ups with paint would go a long way!Kitchen: There were only enough forks for about 20 and there were only 2 teaspoons. We were a party of 26 and there wasn’t enough flatware for our group much less if we had been a full party of 32 or 34. No kitchen towels in the kitchen. I would have loved to sweep the kitchen floor. Consider the addition of a broom and dust pan.Game/Theater room: Unusable! The a/c unit in that room put out no cool air. The garage conversion means it needs additional insulation and either venting run from the main units or a better unit for that room. One of the blue chairs in here was broken when we arrived. No chalk for the pool table.Housekeeping: A so-so job before we checked in. Gum in the carpet in the rear upstairs bedroom, trash left in another bedroom, and partial rolls of tissue in some of the baths.Master bedroom bath: Transom above the shower can be viewed from the house next door directly into the shower Suggest the glass be given a frosted treatment. It was very uncomfortable taking a shower at night, especially when the house next door was occupied.Pool area: Broken chair had been placed outside the screened enclosure. We did not break it. Also, the slow closure mechanism on one of the screen doors was broken and the piece was sitting on the table.Great location and a great size. Beds were comfortable.

We have stayed here before, and love this house--huge and it's convenient to so much that Orlando area has to offer. The size of the rooms are amazing and it's great that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Having a 1/2 bath (even though the size of a full bath) off of the pool made entertaining by the pool very easy. We didn't use the game room, partially because the games are loud and then there were no billiard balls. The "theatre" room was VERY warm -- despite having an air-conditioning unit. The perks of the kitchen are the coffee machine that could be used with k-cups or grounds. And almost every cooking utensil, pan, etc. were provided. Washer and dyer on each floor were nice. Ample parking a pool were great. The house has bidets on every toilet, so they don't provide much toilet paper; we had to purchase extra. The other extra purchase we had to make was garbage bags, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. Staying 3 days, it's hard to make the limited supplies work without needing to purchase extras. Most VRBOs that we stay have separate bath and pool towels. This house uses the same towels and if maximum residents are here, not enough towels are provided; in reality each room should be provided four towels (two for room guests and two pool towels). Or pool towels stored in laundry room.NOTE: Management company is VERY EASY to work with and very friendly.Despite what may sound like minor negatives, we would stay here AGAIN and AGAIN.

Family Reunion in Style

For the past 3 years, my family has been renting 13+ bedrooms homes to host our family under one roof. This year, by far, has been the nicest home experience. My family has said on multiple occasions that we need to ONLY reserve this home from now on because it was modern, spacious, clean and conveniently located. Communicating with the host has been easy and fast, answering all of our many questions and providing support when needed. I will will not hesitate to reserve this home and work with this host again!

The house is absolutely beautiful. It was a beautiful gift from my fiancé for my 60th birthday. 5 bedrooms downstairs, 10 upstairs. Each has its own bathroom. Half bath on each floor as well. Very clean home, and very comfortable. 2 large refrigerators in the kitchen. Parking at the home, street or a short walk to the overflow parking. Zero hassle coming in and out the gate. We enjoyed the pool area so much. Kids and adults alike. The kids loved the bunk beds. And the adults all felt special with their comfy king size beds. There's one room with two double beds; which worked perfect for a couple with their kid. The game room, we all loved it. The games are so much fun, as well as the pool table. The hot tub was excellent. The kids didn't complain all weekend :) The theater is very cool. Although the air conditioner didn't work in the theater, we left the door open and that helped. We notified the host, I'm sure they will work on that. You'll have to bring your own pool toys, floaties...however they do have a pool basketball hoop which was a lot of fun. The host replied quickly with anything we needed. Bath and hand towels are available, but no wash cloths. I bought an inexpensive 24 pack on Amazon. Most of our group who spent the weekend, we didn't have to go out for anything really. We brought our own games. We played left, right, center, its so much fun. We laughed so much. We recommend the home. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Definitely family friendly.
