LUXERY VILLA

WE WERE 3 COUPLES THAT STAIED THERE. THE HOUSE WAS EXELANT IN EVERY WAY AND FITTED PERFECTLY TO ALL OUR NEEDS. THE ROSEDALE ARIA WAS QUIED, SAFE AND VERY NICE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR RENTING IT TO US BEST REGARDS BENEDIKT

Overall, very nice place and enjoyable stay

The host(s) are effective communicators and very easy with which to work and the check-in process is very well thought out and planned. The location of the home itself is decent; it's Bradenton, close to Lakewood Ranch, so there isn't very much to do nearby, but there are a decent number of restaurants close by. The neighborhood is very quiet and quite safe. It's gated. We were issued a gate pass to come and go and didn't have any issues. The home itself is a bit older, but in pretty good shape overall. It could use some freshening up but it's mostly cosmetic. The pool is wonderful. The home is very spacious and the hosts are welcoming. The only negative that I'd note is that when we arrived at the home, it was a bit cluttered. Half empty bottles of shampoo, toothpaste, etc were under sinks, on counters, pretty much everywhere. I noted to the host that the home could use a good cleaning/decluttering; it's as if previous guests just left their partially used products and the cleaning service didn't dispose of them. With that said, we enjoyed our 6 week stay. The home is located conveniently enough to beaches, restaurants and the like. It's very, very quiet - which was welcome, as my spouse and I work remotely. The pool kept the kid(s) entertained during the day, and as I mentioned, the hosts are very good at communication and are very welcoming. If I needed to stay in Bradenton for an extended period again, I'd definitely consider this home.

Lovely home and great community

We enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth's Nest. The home is large and comfortable. The Rosedale community is very nice with friendly residents.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained home with everything to make your stay wonderful.

We enjoyed the sparkling heated pool and spacious lanai overlooking the small lake with wildlife and flowers. The owners were excellent in responding to all our needs. So close to beautiful beaches, excellent dining and shopping. The home's split floor plan allows for guest bedrooms and bathrooms separate from the master bedroom side. We hope to come back for another stay at this lovely, private, spacious home.

Quiet, peaceful stay

This gated community is very accessible. It is a short drive to all lakewood ranch has to offer and super convenient to the bustling new shops at the university park shopping area. The golf course is beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly. We really enjoyed our time visiting. The owners are very prompt with addressing questions and concerns. The pool will not disappoint!

Beautiful retreat home for calming getaway.

We stayed at this immaculate property for 3 months this winter. The beauty of the property exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was stocked with ample linens, kitchen and cooking essentials, to make you feel right at home. Everything we needed for our stay was provided at the property. The furniture was newer and stylish, and very comfortable. The master bedroom with king bed and reading nook looking onto the lanai was so comfortable. The owners were excellent with very prompt response to any inquiries we had during the stay. Any issues were immediately addressed and corrected. The space provides privacy for the owners and guests in the master bedroom set apart from the two comfortable guest bedrooms. The lovely lanai with sparkling clean heated pool was enjoyed, and the sounds of birds and the lakeview added to the serenity of the location. The efficient den was very helpful with wifi and desk. We hope to again visit this lovely property set in the beautiful, quiet, peaceful community. Our thanks to the owners for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free. Truly a retreat experience everyday.
