Solid spot with lots of room especially at the price range. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioned and they set up extra fans in each room without air-conditioning. Some of the appliances where a bit on the older side which wasn't a big deal for us but I know some people might care more about it. Overall a nice place at a good price 10/10 would book again!

We had a great stay, the house was clean and comfortable. The host had great communication and the house was as described. The location is very well located in Vegas with easy access to the freeway.

Finding the house was difficult as the address listed was not correct. Upon arrival we found dried poop behind curtins. House was huge i disliked bring recorded in the pool. Someone was there without our knowledge while we were out the pool float with the chlorine had got bumped and we weren't able to get it back together when we returned it was fixed. So they were obviously using the camera to watch us. Also the cleaners showed up before checkout no one told us they were coming they just appeared in the yard with blowers. No one disclosed that there were cameras before we got there

The house was very clean and spacious! Plenty of room to spread out but also great places in the home to come together. The host was responsive and helpful, very easy to work with! Definitely somewhere I would stay again!

We had such a great experience. The property manager was very nice and communicated well with me. The property itself was very nice. Very spacious and comfortable. I will be staying there again if it's available my next visit to Las Vegas.

We enjoyed the 70's vibe! Lots of space to hang out. The backyard was a great place to be if our weather was warmer. Beds were all very comfortable. We did need more wash cloths(only 5 were given). If you have a group, this is a good house to pick!

Nice place to stay

Overall, a very nice place to stay near downtown LV. Host was helpful when we were locked out and the property itself is nice for a group of friends or family to enjoy when not doing stuff around town.

House was clean and plenty of room. Bedding was nice and rooms are all really big. Great AC…except the kitchen, which was slightly uncomfortable to cook in with it so hot outside. Six total beds and I actually didn’t mind the 70s vibe…reminded me of my youth. Felt like you were visiting your Grandma for the holidays: not exactly your style but cozy and comfortable. That being said: beware that the neighborhood is a bit sketchy and the backyard is a DIY hot mess. Pool was really dirty (and it was 108 degrees so would have been nice) and the hot tub didn’t work. House is on a busy street corner (sirens at night) at a signal with broken and burned mini blinds and dead plants as you arrive. We arrived at night and honestly, the kids were scared. As you aren’t given an address until after you book and can look up the house on Google maps, you have no idea, Tried to get a refund just hours later after booking and months out and was denied. Not sure VRBO should allow them to list one address with them, but that is not the real address of the house. Cookware was sparse…had to buy a large skillet from the store to make dinner for our group. Coffee set up was really nice though and modern oven and fridge. In all…not terrible but not great…hence the three stars. Some advice: buy some new blinds for the front and a few bags of wood chips, some plants, a pool vacuum, and even some kitchen items from estate sales would have gone a long way. Okay…but wouldn’t book again.

The home looks straight out of a 70s movie. Actually really appreciated that and the spaciousness of the property. The big problem is that the home is significantly further away than the ad suggests. You even receive the wrong address in the vrbo confirmation. The real address only comes when you ask for it specifically.

My first VRBO rental couldn’t have gone better! We booked this beautiful home for our wedding stay and it was perfect. It feels like the homes I grew up and celebrated events in. The hosts are very accommodating. Communication 10/10. Like I said, this is my first time ever using an app to book a home stay. They made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I just asked if they had a pool table brush (no biggie if they didn’t) but they ordered one off of Amazon and it arrived the next day! We didn’t get a chance to use it because of all the wedding mayhem, however, going the extra mile like that was a very pleasant surprise. My girlfriends and I had plenty of mirrors to get ready and take cute selfies in while the guys had plenty of chairs to wait for us in lol. The pink bathroom vanity was the perfect bridal battle station! We had three chihuahuas who felt at home as well, 2 are seniors and were very thankful for the ramps.My Auntie KK was the one who paid for it and here’s her review:“Woweeee!! Homestyle feeling, VERY Comfy Beds, Lotsa spacious room, the a/c was ‘cold & chilly’, great driveway parking, hop-n-a-skip to The Strip! Plenty room. Safe neighborhood. A little over the advertised "10 min."from the strip. Trouble checking in. Had to buy an air mattress because one of the beds spring didn't match the queen mattress and was not secure. Towels had hair before use. (Glad we brought our own). Location: corner house on intersection. Keurig and coffee available which was a plus. Basketball, pool table, outdoor sitting, and plenty parking spaces. Overall a good experience:)

Radical Retro!

Walking into this house is like stepping through a portal into 1983! So many cool features from back in the day, right down to the rack of VHS tapes in the living room. The tile in each of the bathrooms was one of the coolest features. Speaking of cool, each room has it's own A/C unit so each guest is guaranteed to stay comfortable. Overall the property was nice and clean. Very close to the freeway which makes access to the rest of town very easy, and super close to downtown. The host was excellent at communicating promptly. We had to go back to the house after check-out because we forgot something, and they even unlocked the door for us right away after we texted for help. We had great experience. I would highly recommend.

Although the property was clean, it definitely could use some major TLC. The pool heater was not working, so we did not use the pool or jacuzzi. Electrical outlets didn’t work & were hanging out of the wall (we have photos). This is a fire safety concern! Outdoor & indoor Light fixtures did not have light bulbs in them or not working properly. A cabinet door & molding fell off the wall during our stay. Window blinds were damaged, so there was lack of privacy. And the sun is stressing and cracking the couch cushions. At the last minute we were told we could not use one of the showers due to it is out of order. (We have a photo of that one as well), it had caution tape on it and the shower was taken apart. Apparently it has been this way for some time. Another shower fixture was rigged and barely had any water pressure. Barely any towels or toilet paper supplied. Not worth the money! Invest in you your property! Fix it up if you are going to rent it!

After your stay, we discovered damage to the TV cabinet that did not exist prior to your check-in. This has been documented. You left without any communication about it, which is not acceptable. If something is damaged during a stay—accident or not, we were being kind to not ask for reimbursement from you. Your review also raises issues that are clearly addressed in the listing. The property explicitly states that one of the bathrooms is a half bathroom and does not include a shower. In addition, the pool has never been advertised as a heated pool. These are not missing features—they are clearly disclosed details that you chose to book without clarifying in advance.

Not very good experience

Overall ok but not very good experience. - We were given wrong lock code and it took them 90 mins to rectify. Waiting outside with our family & kids was frustrating.- we saw couple of cockroaches in one bathroom- Water was clogging in one bathtub- kitchen utensil sets were old...there were grease stains on some of the pans- Not a single washer & dishwasher pods, had to buy- Also stay extension request handling was not ideal.
