✔Security Deposit (For Long Term Guests Only): Pay a $1000 refundable security deposit online. The deposit is refunded after check-out, assuming no damage, missing items, or broken house rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

✔Rental Application (For Long Term Guests Only): Provide your full name, home address, phone number, email address, expected term of occupancy, and a government-issued ID.

✔Background Screening: Complete a criminal background check (no credit check required).

✔Smartphone Access: Each guest must have consistent access to a smartphone. A mobile app is required to access the apartment and all building doors. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

✔Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.

Requirements must be completed at least 2 business days prior to check-in to receive check-in instructions on time. International guests need to allow more lead time (7-30 days, depending on the country) to complete the background screening. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

You accept the following by completing the reservation:

✔By renting from us, you accept our terms and conditions.
✔You understand that in order to check in, a copy of a legitimate government-issued ID will need to be provided.
✔As per your rental agreement and the terms of the booking, you understand that you could be asked to submit to a background check if the owner or the property management business requests it.
✔You acknowledge that until you have successfully completed our verification process, your check-in instructions may be deferred.


Other things to note
Health, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

House rules:

✔NO PARTIES or events. This is an extremely quiet community and the apartment is monitored for noise violations through a noise detector located in the living room. We issue 3 warnings and after that, guests will incur a penalty of $1000.

✔This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking in the unit will incur an additional cleaning charge/penalty of $1000.

✔ Strict NO DRUGS Policy. NO DRUGS of any kind. You will be removed from the property immediately with no refund and fined $1000 fine for smoking or any drug use.
