Welcoming studio with WiFi in vibrant Brighton and Hove

The Secret Garden Studio is a calm space with its own courtyard garden. It is close to the beach with easy access to central Brighton, and 30 mins from Gatwick Airport making it easy and convenient to plan your visit.

The space
This cosy open plan studio features a bedroom & living space with a double bed, kitchenette (kettle/toaster/hob/fridge) and shower room. Although this studio is part of the main house it is a completely private space with its own access. It has sole use of the courtyard garden which is surrounded with trees, climbing roses and honeysuckle during spring/summer. There is an outside seating area perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning.

If you are travelling with your dog this is a dog friendly stay. There is a park directly opposite the property for those early morning/late night walks.

This is a non-smoking/non-vaping property, please do not smoke inside. You are welcome to smoke in the courtyard garden.

Guest access
Guests can access this whole space and have use of the courtyard garden which has outside seating available. Guests do not have access to the spiral staircase pictured in the garden photos.

Other things to note
The secret garden studio is located in Portslade with very easy access to the beach, to central Brighton, direct links to London, 30 minutes from Gatwick Airport and near to the South Downs National Park. Shops and local amenities are a 5 minute walk away

Bus - 1 min walk - Buses to central Brighton/Portslade old village
Beach - 5 min car ride/10 min cycle/20 min walk
South Downs - 5 min car ride/ 15 min bus ride/ 20 min cycle

A small note about sound:

This studio has been sound proofed as much as possible, and is on the ground floor of our house which is a terraced property. As with any terraced home you may at times hear us moving around upstairs or the adjacent neighbour.
