Magnificent seven bedroom detached villa in Nerja town with private pool

Situated in an upmarket residential area of Nerja, this luxury villa is just 12 minutes walk to the town centre and Burriana beach. The villa is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art. A wrap around terrace looks over a magnificent new ten metre pool and huge terrace with outdoor furniture. Inside, you will find Satellite TV, DVD and free wifi connection. The property is set in its own private walled garden, secured with electric gates. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and 2 excellent bathrooms. Downstairs, a further 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and family room can be found with TV and DVD. A second new fully fitted kitchen completes the property, allowing more than one family to enjoy their stay. A private driveway, parking up to 8 cars, leads to a double garage containing a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

More than one family can enjoy this villa.: This wonderful property has two separate living/dining areas and two fully equipped kitchens which will allow more than one family or group to enjoy their holiday together.

The feel of a Boutique Hotel. : The owners of this property have tried to give it the feel of a small boutique hotel. It boasts contemporary furniture and many pieces of original artwork. Previous guests have returned many times.

We had a fantastic time here, so much so that we have booked again for next year. Our ages ranged from 4 - 62, and we made full use of the pool. The villa is really spacious. 15mins walk from Burriana Beach (20 on the way back up!), and the same into town. Bakery 4mins walk, and also a Churros stand. Perfect for a family holiday. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. We were 2 families. The rooms were perfect for our combination. The only thing missing was air con in the downstairs bedrooms although fans were provided. Plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Pool was fantastic and kept clean could do with another few sunbeds. Location was quiet and good for the beach and town both about 10/15 mins walk away. Host was quick to answer any questions. Would recommend to others and would return.

Nice property in excellent location

We stayed at the villa for a week and had a wonderful time. The villa is in a wonderful location being only a few minutes walk into Nerja. The villa is well appointed and the pool /garden in particular is lovely as it gets the sun all day

Such an amazing stay

Had an amazing stay (9x adults and 2x infants) a decade after our first stay. The property is in a fantastic location and close to both Balcon as well as Burriana. The property has everything you could ask for and the hosts were really helpful. Will absolutely be looking to stay again (hopefully sooner than another decade) Fantastic Stay

The house was really well located for short walks to Nerja town, supermarkets and the beaches. Great sized pool. A perfect house for large groups, very spacious and good amenities. We had a fantastic time and already planning our return.

Great holiday

We had a fantastic time the Villa was brilliant and everyone had such a great holiday that nobody wanted to go home. The Villa had everything that you would need and the pool was so good we had to force the children out of it every day.

Family holiday

Good location although there is a steep climb back from tje beaches, we was on a family holiday and the villa did its job, we had excellent contact with the owners with supper quick reply with a couple of issues that we had, the pool definitely made the holiday for the grandchildren, would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Villa

Beautiful Villa. Easily the best in Nerja. Spacious and Luxurious accommodation. Located 10mins walk from town centre and the Balcon De Europe. 10 mins walk from Burriana beach. Ideal for families and children, couples and those slightly older! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and we plan to return to Nerja ourselves.

Lovely large villa, pool and grounds for our 3-generation family holiday

The villa with large lounges, covered verandah with tables to seat 14 was easily large enough to enjoyably accommodate 12 of us, two grandparents, three children and their partners and four grandchildren aged 2-11. Pool with steps in was great (though not as warm as hoped, but this was because of being late October and not our best Nerja weather week). We ALL agreed we would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect house in Nerja

Excellent location. Nice terrass and pool area. 7 good sized bedrooms. Kitchen utensils could be upgraded (at least kitchen knives). Oven a bit too slow. Can really recommend this house.

Nerja villa

We stayed for a week from 8-15 July23. We are just home and wanted to leave a review of the villa we stayed at. We only needed it for 10 guests however could easily have slept 14 adults. A very spacious villa with 3 bathrooms 7 bedrooms 2 kitchens 2 living rooms/dining a large garage with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Large outside area with a great sized pool, dining table for up to 14 and ample loungers. All in all a fabulous space to stay and only about 15 mins walk to the Balkan area. Great wee cafes and pubs nearby. We would highly recommend this villa as we felt very safe. We had speedy responses from the owners when we needed to ask anything and that helped us lots. 5 stars!!!

Great Location but Villa is Tired

Firstly the villa is a perfect size of property for a large family group. Its location is good being an easy walk down into Nerja and plenty of nearby shops. The pool is perfect for a large group and the upper floor is spacious. The barbecue was good and there was a spare bottle for when it ran out. Also it was easy to contact the owner about any problems. On the down side the poolside sun beds and broken chairs etc are needing replaced. The air conditioning only covers the upper floor and one of the units made such a screeching noise it had to be shut down overnight which was defeating its purpose. A plumber called and said the unit was basically old and knackered. Sorry to focus on the negative at the end but the property is in need of serious refurbishment. That said we had a great time and if the property was upgraded we would love to go back.

Great Pool and outside area

We had a great 2 week break with a group of 12. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, by example at the end of week 1 the cleaners only changed the bed sheets and towels and did not carry out any cleaning of toilets etc. Also there was no form of welcome pack at all. Literally 1 toilet roll per toilet and there was only a salt and vinegar bottle in the kitchen and some old spirits . We had spotted that the cleaners took all the surplus goods such as washing up liquid, cleaning materials, shower gel, wine & beer that had been left by the previous guests. Suffice to say we did not leave stuff for the cleaners to hoover up on leaving! The best aspect of the villa are the large outdoor pool that was used heavily. The pool got a clean after the first week but that appeared insufficient with the water becoming cloudy and a scum on the sides of the pool within a few days. There was no WiFi for 4 days due to the owner changing provider. Not a show stopper but it annoyed the younger members of our group. The good balcony with large tables overlooking the garden are where most meals and social activities took place. The downstairs kitchen is just only useful for the second fridge, otherwise it was unused. The downstairs lounge is a waste of space and probably would convert more usefully to another bedroom. The other bone of contention being that during days of 30 degree heat the whole of the downstairs has no air conditioning and relies on movable fans. Could be better.

I am surprised to see this review given that this guest has stayed in our property before. To deal with the issues in order: The property is cleaned before you arrive and when you leave. Bed linen and towels are changed after one week. This is a holiday rental and not a hotel. Welcome packs are not advertised or provided. Cleaners are instructed to remove all items left by previous guests in the interests of hygiene. Apologies again for the few days without WIFI. This situation has now been rectified and we now have superfast fibre optic. Pool will become cloudy due to suncream if guests use it without showering before entering. Furthermore, the number of the pool company is provided to all guests should they have any issues with the pool during their visit. I note this guest did not contact them. The layout of the property has not changed since this guest's previous visits and we've never had a complaint about this in almost 20 years. Air conditioning is not advertised downstairs.

viel platz für alle,gut gelegen nicht weit zur stadt und auch nicht zum strand,das inventar etwas in die jahre gekommen, vorallem in der küche und badezimmer ,in den unteren räumen roch es etwas streng nach abwasser, gegen die kakerlaken mussten wir selbst was kaufen da es nicht nur eine kakerlake war!!!
