Two beaches are within walking distance, and the Gray Gables Market, a ½ mile away, has grocery staples, a butcher, sandwiches and a great wine & liquor selection.

**No events, parties or large gatherings allowed. If you have company for dinner or a
beach day, the number of guests cannot exceed 6 unless you have cleared it in advance with us.**

Other things to note

Please note we have a solo stove in the backyard with a supply of firewood. If you run out, our neighbor sells it (please refer to guidebook) or you can pick up at Gray Gables Market.

We have a drip coffee maker & supply the filters.

We have 1 bike & 1 bike lock located in the garage. Please make sure to lock bike when you are using it. There is also a pump for tires if they get low. If any of the above is missing after your stay, you will be charged a fee ($500). There are beach toys, chairs and a wagon for your use.
