Island Blues Charming Home!

Welcome to our tranquil Island Blues home with beautiful canal views and direct access to the gulf! Kick back, relax, and soak in the stunning sunset views!
Located in St. James City within Pine Island, this beautifully renovated home, offers a spacious open concept style with two bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: Bunk beds with 1 queen and top bunk Full) and two bathrooms. The master room features a beautiful and spacious bathroom en-suite. Additionally there is a den off the garage with a full size pullout sofa.

Home is located on one of the main canals of the island. Sanibel and Capitva beach, Cayo Costa are all a short boat ride away. The area offers world class fishing!

House comes equipped with boat lift (10,000 lbs boat) dock to tie up your boat during your stay. Located minutes away on the same canal is a marina for easy fuel and dropping of your vessel. Local restaurant and bars are within a short distance from the home. If your looking to rent a boat for your stay there are a few options such as Get My Boat, which will drop off the boat at the marina less than .5 mile from the home, and is dropped at the same canal of the home.

Additionally, a tandem kayak and paddle board are available which are great for the canal to check out the fishes, manatees and sometimes even dolphins!

Fantastic

We loved our stay in St. James City. House was beautifully done, very clean and a great location. Our host was quick to respond and the check in process was so easy! We definitely look forward to staying there again in the near future!!

After Christmas Vacation

We had a great time staying here. The property was clean and new. The canal was very convenient for our boat. We will be back!

The house and property matched the description, and the water fountain feature in the front is very nice. The kitchen and master bedroom are well laid out. The boat lift is nice (but needs to be re-leveled so that the bow is higher than the stern allowing water to properly drain when the boat is on the lift.) The house was reasonably clean, however there was mold in the corner of the master bath shower, and the outside Adirondack chairs were covered with bird poop. Although there were basic essentials at the house, there was no Kleenex, washcloths, bathroom hand towels, Spray and Wash for the laundry. We also found the the living room furniture was simply not very comfortable to sit in. Thanks for hosting us for our St. James City stay.

Hello ed, we take keeping our home in pristine condition very seriously for our guests. We appreciate your feedback and review. While we unfortunately cannot control Mother Nature , our outdoor furniture was a victim to the bird poop. We had our home cleaned at a minimum 2 days prior to if not same day of when our guests check in. I can ensure you the chairs were spotless 2 days prior to your arrival, I do apologize that this occurred. As for the towels and laundry detergent, we do have plenty available and made sure to check after your departure that there was no depletion. As you know we aim to respond to guest inquiry within a few hours at max, should you have had any questions we would’ve facilitated and advised where everything was located. We apologize for the small stain in the shower corner, we had a thorough cleaning done to ensure it was removed. We hope that outside of this, you enjoyed your stay.
