Amazing place to stay

This property listing is very underrated. The property manager is very easy going and easy to get a hold of. They have anything you could think of needing there. The hot tub is the size of a small pool and you can’t beat the sunset views.

Relaxation Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 3 weeks and enjoyed every day. Our contact was amazing to work with. He took care of every question or need immediately. We loved the wildlife. The pictures and descriptions just don't do this home justice:). My family and I had a wonderful time here. The golf cart was fun and my boys enjoyed the pool/ jacuzzi. The outside was just a perfect a the inside.

We loved the Tranquility Villa. It was very clean. Easy to check in. Great water location. We enjoyed the masssge chair at the end of the day. The swim spa was great too. Will definitely go back.

This is our third time staying at the property and we had another great time. The house is clean, spacious and full of great amenities. Location is also wonderful. We brought our boat and spend a few days enjoying the Gulf waters. I’m sure we will be back again in the future!

Great spot for bringing a boat!

First time staying in St James City and this place was perfect for 4-6 guests. We brought our boat and the dock area was perfect. Very close to restaurants and fun local bars. Great time!

Spring Break

This property did not disappoint. Spacious and clean accommodations. Easy access to the bay and the fishing was great. We saw manatees and a tarpon in the canal by the boat lift. We would definitely book this place again!

Very nice

Stayed here for four nights with husband and two small pups. Nice, walkable neighborhood with friendly people. The house was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The primary bathroom shower is nice and strong and heats quickly. The kitchen and living room are spacious. The primary bed was very comfortable. The screened in porch was nice but the screen had tears which allowed mosquitoes and no seeums to enter. I got very bit up - word to the wise- take bug spray and use it liberally! We enjoyed having the golf car and the pool spa. Four nights was just enough time here as there are not a ton of things to do in Saint James City. We enjoyed our stay!

Inshore fishing trip

Perfect getaway

Holiday meet up🌴

The house was perfect for our trip. It was only a 20 minute drive to the ferry dock where we met up with friends staying on North Captiva. The house was very comfy and cozy with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub both morning and at night. We were able to walk to the general store as well as to Froggys and Phizzy’s. Both places had good food and live music! It’s a quaint and quiet location. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for boat owners

We choose this place because we wanted a place with a dock for our boat and good access to the Gulf. It was perfect. The house was larger than expected and the dock and boat lift was perfect. Our grandkids loved the swim spa. There was great access by boat to barrier island shell beaches. If your coming to fish, hunt shells or just boat ride and be outside this is the place.
