There is an occupied guest house located in the backyard. Your designated parking, private entrance, and living space are exclusively yours. The guest house is off limits.

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM
• A complimentary 1-hour early check-in or late checkout may be available with prior approval
• Additional hours are $50 per hour (up to 2 hours)
• Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged $100 per hour
