For your peace of mind, we have a doorbell camera at the front door and another camera at the front gable peak, monitoring the parking area. These ensure your safety while maintaining your privacy.

Important Details:

- No Pets: To maintain a clean and allergy-free environment.
- No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property to ensure a fresh and healthy stay.
- No Parties and No loud music at any time: We value our peaceful ambiance and ask guests to respect our no-party policy.

Guest access
Guests can use the entire property except for 4 locations:

Storage closets:

Please do not attempt to enter any of the 3 storage closets, which have key code locks. 2 are located in the basement and 1 is located on the main floor.

Shed by the River:

For your safety, please do not approach or attempt to enter the abandoned shed by the river.
Other things to note
Kitchen - We have appliances and utensils for your stay. Please bring your own groceries and including condiments, spices and seasoning. We have an additional 2 paper towel rolls, a few garbage bags, a few dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink. There is also 1 fire extinguisher in case of emergency.

Coffee/Tea Bar - We provide a Nespresso machine with coffee pods for your stay. Please bring your own coffee if you would like to use our pour over or French press coffee makers (we have a grinder if you choose to bring coffee beans)

Bathrooms - We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soaps in all bathrooms. You will also get an additional 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for your stay. Each guest will receive 1 set of bath towels - feel free to wash and dry them as needed for your stay.

Laundry Room - We provide detergent pods and reusable dryer balls for your stay.

Basement TVs - There are 2 TVs downstairs. Each TV has a Roku streaming device that has been set to guest mode for you to use your own login during the stay.

Grill - We provide heat resistant gloves and a grill cleaning brush stored in the grill.

Wi-Fi password will be provided to you before your arrival and will also be available in the handbook.
