Bosun Joe's is a lovely 2BR/2BA home located on a quite corner lot in Lanark, just 1 mile to public boat ramp and 4 miles to great local restaurants and shops. Screened in porch with plenty of seating perfect for relaxing in the evening. The cozy living room and fully stocked kitchen are located down stairs, as well as the master bedroom and a bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. Bring your boat as there is plenty of room to park. Pets are allowed, but must be approved by the owner.
