Need a "Lattitude Adjustment"? Check into this beautifully furnished 3 level condo with great views of the Carrabelle River. This unit is adjacent to the public boat ramp and on site restaurant "Two Brother's Dockside" which has gas and boat slips for rent, subject to availability. Covered parking for one vehicle under condo, screened porch on the mezzanine level set up for entertaining or relaxing, complete with television, lounge furniture and laundry closet.

The second level is the living space with open living room/dining area and kitchen, complete with cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops, pinewood floors throughout unit, plus a full size bathroom and balcony.

The third level has a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and full size bathroom, a sitting area with full size futon separated by barn doors and can be used for additional sleeping as well as a balcony.

Enjoy a day of boating on the water then relax by the communal pool and hot tub.

This property has a 2 night minimum.

Super clean and great location

Latitude Adjustment was perfect for my husband and I. We had family across street at Sunset Isle so it was easy walking distance. Boat ramp is right there, as well. We didn’t go to pool but it was clear that it was enjoyed by those who did. We will stay here, again.

Boat Ramp Jewel

Location was amazing. We were able to launch our jetski everyday and pull the trailer back to condo. Plenty of room underneath for trailer and truck. The decor and amenities were great. AC was plenty strong enough to keep us very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. We never went in the pool but it was very clean and well lit. I liked that this condo doesn’t look into the pool area, but does look onto the inlet area. LOTS of stairs, which we knew but didn’t really understand how taxing it would be on our old joints. It was well worth it for the great location. Spent the days on the water and at Dog Island. And the evenings at the local food/bar hangouts. One day we went to St George’s beach (20 min.) and Apalachicola to go to the shops. We would defiantly rent this place again.

Great condo

Great condo and the owners were very hospitable supplying k-cups among other goodies. Beautiful view of the river! We will definitely keep this property in mind when needing a place to stay in Carrabelle.

Everything you need!

This was a great pet-friendly find in an amazing part of Carrabelle! The community is right on the bay and has nice views. The drive to the beach is very short, maybe 5-7 minutes tops. The unit is well equipped for the coffee lover and the home chef. Complete with keurig and a nice coffee/tea selection. There was every appliance or pot/pan you could think of and all the necessary gadgets and cooking tools to enjoy nights in. We really appreciated the fine touches like extra beach towels, dishwasher soap, and laundry access and supplies. The WiFi is strong, which was helpful for my husband and I who both work remotely. The porch is really relaxing and made for a great location to take zoom calls. The main bedroom is more like a suite - we loved the high ceilings. We travel to this part of the coast a few times a year and this is definitely a listing we would be excited to stay with our pooch in again.
