Licht und hell, voll möbliert 1br / 1. 5ba Einheit im Obergeschoss in einem kleinen Gebäude auf der Halbinsel! Es ist die einzige Einheit im Obergeschoss, daher gibt es keine gemeinsamen Wände! Es liegt nur ein Haus vom Sand entfernt, sodass Sie in weniger als 50 Schritten zum Strand laufen können! Gehen Sie zum Meer, zur Bucht, zu den Restaurants, zu den Märkten und zum Bus. Weniger als 1,6 km vom Newport Pier und eine halbe Stunde von Disneyland und Knott's Berry Farm entfernt. Etwa eine Stunde nach Downtown Los Angeles und eineinhalb Stunden nach San Diego. Viele Annehmlichkeiten und kostenloses WiFi!

We love the location. Across from the lighthouse and marina. Steps to the beach. Able to walk everywhere! Comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, grill on the deck. Garage parking. You are correct that the deck is the best and the location is unbeatable! It sounds like you had a wonderful stay. The property is indeed old (build in 1959) but, since I acquired the property, I have done quite a bit to upgrade it for my guests. The apartment features remodeled bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, new windows, new paint both inside and out, a new deck, and lots of other upgrades. I look forward to having you back!

Awesome beach house

This charming house is the perfect location for exploring the balboa peninsula on foot or bikes! Beautiful views front and back, the bay at night is magic, walking the beach in the morning to get donuts even better! Having a place to park and keep bikes is priceless! Clean too, sheets, bedding all the good stuff for being comfy and suprisingly quiet at night for being right in the middle of all the lovely beach things!

This property has been my home-away-from-home for a long time. We still use the property when it is vacant since it is such a beautiful location with such great proximity to everything and provides all the amenities we could ask for.

The short walk to the beach has been wonderful as my family has created long-lasting memories of playing in the sand, surfing, and watching the sun set...only to return to a delicious bbq dinner on the patio.
