Welcome to Shanahan Shores on Delavan Lake! Our charming lake house offers 50 feet of level south shore frontage, making it the perfect spot for your family getaway. Just steps from the water, you'll enjoy breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental has everything you need for a stress-free stay, especially if you're traveling with little ones. While the boat is not included, you'll love fishing or swimming off the private pier.

Our cozy lake house is thoughtfully equipped with family-friendly amenities, including two highchairs, a booster seat, a Pottery Barn crib, a changing table, step stool, potty seat, and a bath seat. Each bedroom features blackout curtains and a white noise machine for a restful night’s sleep. For water fun, we provide an "aqua lily pad" and inflatable rafts for swimming off the pier. In the evenings, gather around the lakeside fire pit to roast s'mores under the stars.

Inside, you’ll find Smart TVs throughout the home so you can log in and stream your favorite shows. Please note there is no cable TV service but there is high-speed wifi internet.

The outdoor space also includes a dining table and chairs, a Weber grill with a propane tank, and a gated deck to keep little explorers safe. The deck features a playhouse and kids' table. Inside, you'll find a cabinet stocked with games for family fun on rainy days.

Delavan Lake is a quick drive from the Chicagoland area, just under two hours from the city and western suburbs. The lake is perfect for fishing, boating, and relaxing, with a maximum depth of 52 feet. Please note that as the summer season progresses, lake grass grows and water clarity can be low.

For boat rentals and dining, we recommend Lake Lawn Lodge and The Inn Between. The Watershed bar/restaurant is within walking distance, while Fontana is just a 10-minute drive and Lake Geneva only 15 minutes away by car.

Parking is limited to two cars parked tandem style. There is no room for a boat trailer. No smoking on the property. No pets allowed. No parties.

After confirming your reservation, please provide your email address so we can send an electronic guest rental agreement. This property enforces a 25+ age requirement for booking and occupancy, and is professionally managed by Elite Lake Rentals. Please note that security cameras are present on the exterior of the property.
