The Family Lake House! 6.2 Acres, Private Dock!

Relax with the family at this peaceful lake house. This secluded cabin-style home on the lake offers the best of both worlds-privacy and water! Nestled on 6+ acres with a short walk on the nature trail that leads you to the water. Recently updated and new furnishings throughout, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Bring your boat, bikes or golf cart and a camper for additional guests (add’l fee) and enjoy a home away from home in the family lake house.

The home comfortably sleeps 6 and can accommodate 8 with the provided air mattress. All linens are included for your convenience.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed, a smart TV, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The master bathroom boasts a spacious shower with three shower heads.
FRONT AND BACK BEDROOMS: Each bedroom has a queen bed and a full, en-suite bathroom with walk-in showers (no tubs).

The front and back porch are covered. The back porch is screened and equipped with a propane fire table. The porches are the perfect place to watch the deer and wind down after a long day.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Additionally, there is a cookhouse featuring a smoke pit and a RecTeq grill. You are welcome to use the grill inside the cookhouse, but please ensure it not left unattended.

We provide a variety of games for your enjoyment, including horseshoes, badminton, Cards Against Humanity-Family Edition, Left Center Right, cards.

Water supply is by a well. The water may have a slight sulfuric smell when first turned on.

There is a camper hookup available if you would like to bring a camper, with a flat rate of $75/night for your camper hookup.

Outdoor pets are subject to approval; please inquire within. Bringing a pet without prior approval will result in additional charges.

The nature trail to the lake is about a 3-4 minute walk. There is a private dock with wood replaced in July 2023. The lakehouse is situated in a cove across from Mistletoe State Park, nestled between 2 marinas, and located near many other campgrounds….Winfield, Clay Hill, Raysville, Amity, Family Y Camp Lakeside, Cherokee Recreation, and Points West. Wildwood Park and Modoc Shores is a short ride down little river.

The boat ramp is a 1.5 minute drive from the home and a stone’s throw away from the private dock. Take a left out the driveway and a left onto Mallard Drive and you have arrived at the ramp!

The area has excellent fishing, and the lake house is perfect for anglers. The property has ample parking, can accommodate several boat trailers, and with the ramp being extra convenient, you will waste no time getting in the water!
