Wohnen Sie direkt am Strand in unserem privaten Resort! Studio / Effizienz wenige Schritte von den warmen Sand! Völlig getrennt und eigenem Eingang. Privates Badezimmer, Mini-Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekanne, Kingsize-Bett und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über der Inter-Coastal Waterway! Einheit ist ein Einzelzimmer, ca. 150 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche. Angebaute Restaurant am Strand. Pool beheizt, wie bathwater. Geschützte Natur mit Meilen von unberührten Stränden bewahren zu wandern. This place was fantastic! The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and a really nice pool to relax by. Jimmie was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. The room was very clean and had all the basics you need for a great beach stay, including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. It’s also conveniently located next to a great restaurant, which was a huge plus. Everything you need for an enjoyable and stress-free beach day is right here — I would absolutely stay again!

When we arrived the pool wasn't heated yet. There was construction going on right outside our window. The noise was so intense we couldn't even enjoy our money coffee or watch TV. There were mice in our room. The host made us put mouse traps down in the appartment. The second week they put film over our window, We couldn't see outside.

These are very fine people! This is their SEVENTH stay in our Studio. Before they left, they offered to book the same unit next year if I gave it to them for half price. I’m sorry they were so upset when I couldn’t afford it. Yes, there was a record cold snap (28 degrees!) and the pool heaters couldn’t keep up, but the pool was like bath water in the next day or so. Yes, The state of Florida mandated the renovations in all beachfront condos and they were running behind in their work. Unfortunately, the noisy work was competed, literally, the day after these fine guests left! Yes, for the first time in over thirty five years, two mice came in, driven by the construction at the other end of the building. I immediately made sure they were humanely caught and removed. There have been no further incidents. I’m sure these guests will return after they settle down. They love this place!

Jim’s place is a great place to have walking beach access without breaking bank. His studio is clean and when you walk in there is a hallway with a closet that gives you extra room I did unrealized from the pictures. Walking to the restaurant is also very nice.We would stay here again on our next family visit.

Unfortunately, the gentleman admitted he neither read the description nor viewed the pictures of my listing and felt it was too small and assumed there was a full kitchen. You can receive hundreds of five star reviews but you can’t please everyone.

This is simply an unfortunate lack of communication. We would have been happy to install a “memory foam” mattress pad to soften their slumber. This is a top of the line, “medium firm”, Serta “Perfect Sleeper” and this is the first complaint out of literally 100’s of guests so we know it’s simply a personal preference and you can’t please everyone, but we really try. We chose this location to have a place of our own while visiting parents that live 1 mile away. We appreciated the welcoming texts & clear directions that our host (Jim) gave on how to access the complex and room. It was a secure location, which had a gated parking area and locked complex. His instructions were perfect on how to access each and it went seamless! We had a long travel day from MN and with much delight, we stepped into a quiet, bright, clean, comfortable, welcoming beach-themed room! The bed was very comfortable and we slept well all 5 nights. There was a large closet to hang things, many beach necessities, and extra towels. The little things made this studio more roomy than one would expect! The in-unit hallway was a perfect spot to store our luggage; the dresser had several clean drawers, the bathroom had plenty of storage in the under-sink vanity & a medicine cabinet to hold toiletries as well. We like to stay organized when we travel and these are the little things that made this stay perfect! This room does look out to the parking lot, but look beyond and you can see the inter-coastal waterway (along with the seabirds in the trees!). The grounds of this building were well maintained & beautiful! Every morning we'd walk through the hall, bump into the friendliest people, head to the back where the grounds were gorgeous. Just beyond we'd walk through the gate & do our morning ocean walk. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jim!

The property description headline states "STAY ON THE BEACH!" This room faces the parking lot, you cannot see the beach. Granted it does not say you have beach view, but it is deceptive in my opinion. The rest was satisfactory, it was clean, easy to access, easy check in, quiet and comfortable.

The resort, food and pool were great

Loved the resort. The beach, pool and restaurant were incredible. Our unit was ok. It looked like nothing had ever been updated in it. Like an old hotel room. That aside, I wish it had been clean. No matter what I pay for a room, we do expect it to be clean. The owner did try and right it by promising not to charge a cleaning fee. I'm hoping it was an isolated situation. I did leave relaxed.

These were problematic guests. There are some guests that just can’t be pleased, regardless. There was nothing wrong with the unit but I still made three extra trips to resolve issues that they actually caused themselves. Thank God 99.9% of guests are completely happy with our unit!

Two Weeks in Heaven

This place was very nice and peaceful, with plenty of space outside to enjoy the weather, take a stroll or take a swim. The restaurant on-site is absolutely delicious, so its fine for visiting more than once. As for the unit, it was small but expected as listed as 100 sq. Looks just like it does in the pictures. Bed is a little hard and pillows not much fluff. Bathroom tub looked to have a little mold growth, but was also stained so not sure. Jim the owner is super sweet and kind; and quiet. I only ran into him 3 times in 2 weeks. Jim says he is remodeling. I would love to return and see the improvements. Overall I felt like this is a nice place and I felt comfortable with the surroundings. Wish list for next time: Smart TV, more comfortable bed and pillows, and maybe a balcony :). I would definitely stay here again and hope to next year.
