Diane, I am happy I was able to accommodate your request of water view with a balcony. I make every effort to make sure my renters get their requests fulfilled as well as their needs met. The reason I recommend to stay at the Harborside is that you get to stay at the Atlantis with at home amenities such as a kitchen. As you have experienced first hand, the kitchen can come in quite handy and save money as well. Having a two bedroom lockout is great since it gives you the benefit of staying at the Atlantis in a 1400 sq ft spacious unit while enjoying the Atlantis property. Seth Thank you for your review. Your vacation was a last minute request for New Years week one of the hardest week to get. I worked very hard to secure your reservation. Superior customer service is what I strive to offer my clients and I give all my renters my contact information to contact me if they need anything on vacation. You contacted me the evening after you checked in and you said you needed to leave the resort and you wanted a refund. You then proceed to tell me that you needed to leave because your wife was not comfortable and that she can only sleep on a pillow top bed and the hotel did not have any. I contacted the hotel ( no broker provides this service) spoke to the manager and I had engineering and house keeping contact you as well to offer another bed and extra pillows as well as a duvet down blanket to put on the bed to make it as close to a pillow top bed as possible. My goal was to make you as comfortable as possible on your trip. The hotel manager contacted you several times as well to see if there was anything else that they can do for you. I am sorry your experience was a negative one all I can say is I truly made every effort to make sure your needs were met and in the future if you require a pillow top bed I highly recommend you call the hotel to make sure they offer it since it is not common in most hotels especially out of the USA. I hope your next trip is a more positive experience and that the next person you book thru will make every effort as I did to make you as comfortable as possible by calling the hotel several times and making sure your needs were met.

Rory, I couldn't agree with you more, Harborside is a great way to do the Atlantis. I am happy to hear you were well treated and enjoyed the amenities that Harborside and the Atlantis have to offer. It is a great benefit to stay at Harborside because the kitchen really comes in handy to cook some great meals (while saving money at the same time) and watching DVD's in the room is a great way to unwind after a fun day at the Atlantis water park. Part of my job is making sure that all questions of potential renters are answered since answers give knowledge and knowledge is power. The two br lockout unit you stayed in is an amazing unit since it is 1400 sq ft and gives everyone plenty of space. You are right it doesn't compare to staying in two hotel rooms. The benefit of the all the space and having a kitchen (which allows you to prepare meals so you don't have to eat out as much) is a big savings since you can stay in for meals since the restaurants at the Atlantis property are extremely costly.
