THE HOME:
This beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 3,800 square foot home was built in late 2021 by Kevin Patterson's NexGen Homes, in a boho-modern style with luxe finishes throughout. Tulsa designer Karen Rebele of Details and Design Tulsa has added her beautiful touch with furnishings, artwork, and accessories.

The Madison's open concept living and kitchen space are perfect for keeping everyone together in one space. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes GE Cafe appliances, and an abundance of everything you'll need to prepare a perfect family meal. The kitchen also features a coffee, tea, and espresso bar and adult beverage station. The living room features a 65" Smart TV, gas-log fireplace, and an audio system that can be heard throughout the lower level. The dining area has a large table that seats 8 comfortably, and a leaf can be added for expanded elbow room.

The first floor also boasts a large, secluded king Master Suite with stunning bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The large glass-enclosed shower features both a traditional and relaxing overhead rain showerhead. There's also a deep soaking tub perfect for an afternoon of relaxation.
There's a second king suite on the first floor that features its own full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and a large walk-in closet.
For those needing a place to work, a beautiful paneled office offers privacy with large windows and natural light. There's also a printer for guest use.
During spring, summer, and fall, you'll enjoy spending time on the beautifully finished covered patio. It features an outdoor gas fireplace that provides amazing ambient heat. The outdoor kitchen features a built-in Blaze Grill and fridge.
There is also fully equipped laundry room on the first level with washer and dryer. Guests who are staying for an extended period of time will love the new Samsung appliances, iron, and steamer.
The second level features 3 additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with two full beds. The king bedroom upstairs shares a bathroom with the room that has two full beds. The queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the hallway, near the game room entrance.
The Madison features a large game room upstairs with a pool table and 75” TV.
The location of The Madison couldn't get better. It's centrally located in Tulsa's Brookside Addition, equidistant from I-44 and the south leg of Tulsa's Inner Dispersal Loop, connecting to Hwy 75, I-244, and The Broken Arrow Expressway.
GUEST ACCESS:
The garage features ample space for two cars or trucks, and there is driveway parking for two more vehicles. Street parking is also available, but we ask that you be respectful of where you park, and not park multiple cars in front of neighbors' homes.
Upon booking, access to The Madison will be provided by a code to use on our SmartLock at the front door. For those who must use the garage, a special garage code will be given upon request.
CONCIERGE SERVICES:
We offer concierge services for our guests, including recommendations, reservations, additional cleanings, transportation coordination, grocery shopping and other special requests. For celebrity or high-profile guests visiting Tulsa, we can also provide private security services with uniformed or non-uniformed off-duty police officers.
WEATHER EMERGENCIES IN
This home features a whole-home generator, powering the home off the grid in an emergency. If dates are showing available, it's available. There may be a generator surcharge for bookings during power emergencies in Tulsa.
