Welcome to our beautiful waterfront oasis in Cape Coral! This stunning home boasts a private heated pool with a dock. Imagine yourself basking in the Florida sunshine, taking a dip in the pool, & enjoying the serene canal views right from the comfort of the backyard. This property is also dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure with no additional pet fee! Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or an action-packed vacation, our waterfront home is the perfect destination.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath coastal home is the perfect spot for relaxation. With indoor and outdoor dining options, you can create endless memories while enjoying our waterfront views. The outdoor area comes equipped with a TV, Weber grill, lounge chairs, and a private heated pool. Additionally, your little ones and fur babies can play safely in the fully fenced in backyard.
GENERAL: Free high-speed Wi-Fi; central heating & A/C; ceiling fans (in each room); washer/dryer; iron/ironing board, linens/towels; hair dryer; hangers; and a starter kit of complimentary shampoo/conditioner/soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and dish soap.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Ideally located on the Delbert Canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico on a cul-de-sac street in the quiet & pristine neighborhood of Four Mile Cove. Within a three-minute drive are grocery stores, pharmacy, fitness center, and gas stations, including Publix, Aldi, Wal-Mart, and Home Goods.
PETS: Two dogs are welcome at no additional fee; cats are not permitted.
POOL HEAT: The pool is heated with electricity to 88 degrees between October and May at no additional charge. If you prefer a different temperature setting, the settings can be adjusted.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to cook gourmet meals: stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, oven, 4 burner stove top, and microwave | Keurig and Mr. Coffee pot, blender, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich maker, waffle maker, tea kettle, cooking basics, pots and pans, dishware, flatware, basic spices, etc.
TV: There are Smart TVs in each bedroom, the living room, and lanai. All televisions permit you to stream your own applications; no cable TV is provided.
