This modern 3 bedroom two full bath will have you feeling at home. (Please see attached photos) Each bedroom offers a queen bed. Also the upstairs bedroom features blackout privacy shades if you need a peaceful nights rest. There is a comfortable living space downstairs with an 85” smart tv and upstairs there’s and additional living space and game room with a foosball table, large sectional, game table and 65” smart tv. There is also an air mattress if needed to accommodate extra guest The kitchen is well equipped with all of your cooking needs. There is also a tea and coffee station. The outdoor patio is also a great place to relax. The home is also equipped with an whole house water filtration system
Guest access
You will have ample parking spaces in the driveway and if extra space is needed the two car garage is also available. Please return the garage door opener. If not returned there is a $200 fee.

House Rules


1. NO PARTIES. Only the approved guest(s) are allowed on property.
2. No smoking or burning candles inside the home.
3. Cleaning staff will arrive at 1130am on the day of your reservations checkout. If check out policy is violated at $50 fee will be charged.
5. Obey noise curfew. Amplified sound is not allowed during curfew hours. (11pm-7am) Please be respectful of the neighbors.
6. Respect our home and furnishings.
7. All minors/children MUST be accompanied by a legal adult at ALL times on the property.
8. Property/Home owner(s) Shaun and Evelyn Thomas will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may occur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s) Shaun and Evelyn Thomas are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guest are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property.
