We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness and a few missing household items did not meet the standard we strive to provide. As mentioned during your stay, we had recently transitioned to a new cleaning team. Your feedback helped us identify areas needing immediate attention, and we have since implemented additional quality checks. We updated our property description the day while you checked in as following: All the pictures except bedrooms' were taken eight years ago. The backyard grass was lack of management this year. Although the views and setting are similar as previous, we had changed most old furniture to new ones and moved out the piano. We are sorry about the differences or inconvenience brought. We wish the spacious and comfortable environment, pleasant surroundings, and stunning views will make it your worthwhile trip.
