Whether you ride or walk to the beach, you’ll have everything needed for a tranquil vacation with your family. Bars, restaurants, athletics and shops are all within a 5 minute walk from this beautiful property.

This brand new townhome has 3 floors with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The 3rd floor has the master suite with private balcony and bath as well as two more guest bedrooms and a full guest bath. The main floor (2nd) has the 4th bedroom and another 3/4 guest bath located off the kitchen.

The main floor boasts a large open plan which connects to the living room, a dining area and directly leads out to an expansive terrace, perfect for your morning coffee and happy hour conversations.

The first floor is a 3.5 car garage which includes a workout area and universal gym as well as an air hockey table. There is a door that leads directly out to the patio and pool area, which includes a grill and kitchenette (side burner and refrigerator).

Pool information- the pool is approximately 6 x 12 and it technically considered a “spool” because it can easily be heated to 100+ degrees. We keep it around 80 degrees in the summer though. The pool comfortably fits six adults and maxes around 8 people, depending on the humans.
