I’m sorry the condo wasn’t as clean as you expected — especially the baseboards, floors, and hair — and that cleaning-product residue caused issues. I also apologize the fan was not working and that you only had four towels and no beach towels. We’ve passed your notes to housekeeping and operations so the cleaning team can be retrained and cleaning products reviewed, and to maintenance to inspect and repair the fan.
