The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has pool views, a Queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is at the front of the house and has a queen-size bed. And the third bedroom is in the middle of the house and has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family.
The kitchen is bright and airy. It has white appliances, pool views, an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with two stools, and it comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat.
Just off of the kitchen is the dining area. It has a table and seating for up to 6. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal together. Just behind the table are patio doors that let in natural light and lead to the pool area.
The living room has vaulted ceilings (as do all communal areas), two comfortables sofas, and a entertainment center with a TV for everyone’s entertainment. Head through the patio doors, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area.
Here, you’ll find a lagoon-shaped pool with amazing golf course views. Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.
There's sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a table, four chairs, and an umbrella for those who want to sit in the shade as they admire the lake and enjoy their favorite ice-cold beverage.
