Away from the crowds, yet so very close to great surf and great eats, you're within easy walking or biking distance to all of Newport Beach! Here's what you'll find:

- Guest Bedroom 1: Full-size bed with sliding door to a small back patio sitting area
- Guest Bedroom 2: Twin-size bunk bed with sliding door to a small back patio sitting area
BATHROOM:
- Hallway Bathroom: Glass-enclosed step-in shower
SECOND LEVEL:
LIVING ROOM:
- Sofa, additional armchair seating, and flat screen TV positioned around the fireplace
- Sliding doors open to a large front balcony
- Open concept layout with kitchen and dining area
KITCHEN/DINING:
- Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and all major/small appliances
- Corner breakfast bar with seating for five
- Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

- Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed, closet, private en-suite bathroom
BATHROOMS:
- En-suite Bathroom: Glass-enclosed combination shower/bathtub

All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

One space in the garage. Small to mid-sized vehicles only. General neighborhood street parking (metered or unmetered) is also available.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
