Gleich um die Ecke von der prestigereichen Einkaufsstrasse Rue d'Antibes, 2 Gehmin. vom schönen Croisette, privaten & öffentlichen Stränden, Restaurants, Casinos, Thaetern & ungefähr 5 Gehmin. vom Palis des Festivals. Appartamento perfetto. Pulito, con tutto il necessario. Vicinissimo al mare, con supermercati, boulangerie, ristoranti più o meno economici a due passi. Mare pulito, presenza anche di spiagge libere oltre che attrezzate, pulite e controllate, con docce e toilette a disposizione dei turisti. L'host Maya molto disponibile e anche Assya che ci ha presentato l' appartamento molto gentile. Nessuna pecca.

The photos don't do the apartment justice. It was much more spacious than expected and the host and property manager made sure that we had everything we would need. We will definitely be back!

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable idéalement situé près de la Croisette et proche des commerces. Mais rue bruyante due peut être à cette période de l’année. Quelques réparations sont cependant à prévoir (volet électrique bloqué, lave linge trop ancien).

Un très bon accueil pour ce charmant appartement à 5mn a pied de la mer (et a peine 10mn de la gare SNCF). Le logement est très bien équipé et confortable . Il y a plein de commerces et de restaurants autour . Séjour à refaire !

Excellent studioapartment with great location in Cannes

We had a lovely holiday in this cosey apartment in Cannes. Stayed for a week, and we where very pleased. Very clean apartment. Superb for a couple. Close to both supermarket for self catering and shopping. Great thanks to Assya who was very service minded both on arrival and during our stay. Would love to come back on an other occasion, and would definately recommend this apartment to other couples.

The perfect place to stay in Cannes

My friend and I had a week in this perfect apartment. The place is just as described, if not better. Maya and Fiona were both very welcoming. Fiona met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment. The location could not be better, it is just off the main shopping street (and WHAT a shopping street it is!), and close to the beach. Both the sofa bed and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen is clean and nice and has everything you need, and there is a large balcony. All in all the perfect place to stay in Cannes, I would not hesitate to rent this place again!

Beautiful flat steps away from the beach!

My sister and I stayed at this studio apartment and it had everything we could possibly need for our stay in Cannes! Maya was extremely helpful before and during our trip, answering all our questions quickly and professionally. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well-kept. The balcony features a beautiful view of the sea and we ate every meal there. The apartment is in a great area, a short walk away from the beach, with many shops and restaurants. A small grocery store is located around the corner and the train station is only a few blocks away. Fiona was also friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cannes. Our stay there was one of the highlights of our trip and I hope to come again!

Perfect!!

We had a great time in this appartment. Everything was very clean.The location of the appartment is great! In the middle of the centre of this beautiful city! In a few minutes you are at the beach and the lovely boulevard.In the little streets behind the boulevard, you have a lot of little restaurants with very nice and cheap menu's.

Wonderful first time to Cannes

My boyfriend and I spend one week in this beautiful and bright studio with sea views. All that was necessary was found on hand and we loved having breakfast on the balcony and watching the sea. The handover of the keys went smoothly and the studio was just as we had imagined. We are delighted by Cannes, the studio and the hosts Fiona and Maya, who were very welcoming and gentle. Besides the studio, we would also recommend to lease a car and explore other beautiful french cities like Saint Paul de Vence or go to Nice by train. We had a wonderful stay in Cannes and we will try to come back.

Beautiful Studio in an Amazing Location

The two weeks that my girlfriend and I spent in this studio were absolutely amazing! The studio has everything we could have wanted (and more) and the location is only minutes away from the beach, tons of shopping, great night-life, and even the train station! We highly recommend this apartment to anyone hoping to explore the wonderful city of Cannes, as well as the rest of the French Riviera. We will definitely be returning soon!

A beautiful apartment in Cannes

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week and I can say that everything was perfect! Maya is very nice and professional and Fiona is very accommodating! When we arrived in Cannes we discovered this lovely apartment in few minutes from the Croisette and next to the "rue d'Antibes". The apartment was very clean and as beautiful as the pictures!

Great studio, great location!

I spent two weeks with my girlfriend in Cannes. The studio was very comfortable, clean and practical. The location is great! It is three minutes away from the beach and directly at the major shopping street. A parking garage is just around the corner (Lamy). The studio provides everything that is needed for a nice vacation. Maya and Fiona - the hosts - were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the studio!
