Der perfekte 3 Schlafzimmer Strand entfernt! Genießen Sie den Gemeinschaftspool und die Tennisplätze während Ihres Aufenthaltes in diesem perfekten Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern in der ruhigen Gegend am Strand. Dieses Haus ist sehr nah an Pool, Tennisplätze und einen leichten Spaziergang zum Strand. Küche verfügt über Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, mit Frühstückstisch in der Küche. Der Wohnraum ist ein offener kombinierter Ess- und Wohnraum mit Barhockern entlang der Küchenbar. Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich zu einer abgeschirmten Veranda mit einem weiteren Essbereich und dann zu einem offenen Sonnendeck mit Gasgrill. Dies ist ein Split-Grundriss mit 2 sekundären Schlafzimmern auf der einen Seite mit einem gemeinsamen Gemeinschaftsbad. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Badezimmer, das sich zur abgeschirmten Veranda öffnet. WiFi, Blue Ray Player, Außendusche, Sonnenterrasse und abgeschirmte Veranda. Grill und Bettwäsche inklusive. Rauchen verboten. Keine Haustiere.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfy and good space for our family. The walk to the beach is fine at about 8 min. The kitchen / baths were very dated and low end with fiberglass tubs and coil stove. The hardwood floors needed repairs (soft wood in places) and the decking was alarming in its state of repair. The beds were very uncomfortable across the board. Our kids even complained and they can sleep on the floor. The cost was very excessive for the state of the house in the off season. We have frequented many IOP properties as well as properties in the this neighborhood and we know we could have for the cost.
